Astrotel Avenida

Terrible. We checked out after 30 min. The room was not cleaned. There were wired sticking out of the roof. The room haven’t been cleaned. We dident get a room that looked remotely similar to what we booked. The pictures must have been when the hotel was new and is many years ago.

“I arrived on Sunday at 1 a.m. I had notified them of my arrival and the time via email a few days prior, but I never received a response. Upon arrival, it seemed like they weren’t expecting me, and they quickly prepared a room at the end of the hallway. When I entered the room, it was nothing like the one I had booked. I had reserved a premium room, but I was given a room full of humidity with a damp smell. They explained to me that the photos change depending on our reservations, but this was not the right room at all. After 30 minutes, the man offered me another room, which was indeed the one I had booked. I had no hot water throughout my stay. This hotel was a disaster. At night, the staff is very noisy—you can hear their walkie-talkies, and they laugh very loudly in the hallways, showing no respect at all. It was 3 a.m.”

Really, if you're saving money, don't forget to purchase stuff like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. It was bad enough without amenities, but more spartan than a Motel 6 room.

This hotel is really not good, not clean every day, even you asked for cleaning, they cleaned really little, and the big bad things NO WIDOW IN THE ROOM!!
Not good place nothing to do.

This hotel is for people want to stay just one hour! If you understand what I mean.........

I didnt get my room i need my refund. I wasnt fully aware that I need a government i.d to present. They've told me to contact the website where I booked my room in order to get my refund reply asap please

Stayed in the VIP star trek room. The room was clean and service was great. Security guard made sure we entered safely into the hotel.
The only problem was the location, couldn't see the hotel as there were stalls in front of the entrance. Also no minors allowed and not recommended to walk alone in the streets at night.

Not so good. Cleanliness is beyond average. No bathroom amenities. Trash can is missing. The bed have bed bugs. And the bed is not suitable for big persons.

Terrible dangerous ceilings leak

This "hotel" should be removed from Expedia. It is nothing more then a place where John's and their ladies spend a few hours doing business. This place does offer 24 hour stay. However, their main business is for "ladies" to bring business for use. If you go, you will be the ONLY person in lobby with luggage. Its main theme is sex and the rooms are made around that idea. I question any cleanliness at all.

The room we picked on the website was not what they tried to give us. Only one power outlet in room that was above our heads. We paid for a VIP room and they tried to give us a room the size of a prison cell. Made us wait an hour so they could get "a" VIP room, not our VIP room we paid for.

Well, on a tight budget, it is ok. No electrical outlets in Rooms though.

They were cocroaches in the room aswell it had a lot of different coloured hair.And the most important is that it had no window but its not listen no where when u book.
