Cons:

Pillows itself is dirty..lines do look so old, looks like it wasnt wash..i think they need to replace the linens with new one because the color of the linen is dirty white as well as thier towels..beneath the bed is also a lot of dust and cowebs.. we also dont like the way you want to order food from them, you have to call the cellphone number that they provide, what if we dont have load to make a call? ...please improve everything

A very frustrating stay.
Pros:

It's proximity to Monumento area.

Cons:

Old stained beddings. No intercom that you have to call customer service by mobile phone or go downstairs to reception area. I booked for a VIP room but got downgraded. Staff are not very accommodating. A little not safe to stay because a person can go out of the hotel without informing the other person left in the room.

A Love Hotel with Quirky tgemed-rooms.
Pros:

The management should tell the desk staff they are doing overnight stays for singles or couples. I thought I was getting a quirky, space themed hotel, that was not the case. There is space-room, but all the rooms have themes. Mine was a Playboy Magazine themed room. It turns out, this is an hourly (or more) rate hotel, also known as a Love Hotel.
