Vị trí đẹp

Cons:

Tôi đặt trên booking 2 phòng. Khi đến nơi thì khách sạn kiếm lý do chỉ đưa cho tôi 1 phòng. Hứa hẹn sẽ sắp xếp 1 phòng sau nhưng chỉ nói cho qua chứ không hề có. Và tự ý huỷ 1 phòng của chúng tôi.
Thái độ nhân viên và cách xử lý quá tệ.

Amazing view
Pros:

Great location, amazing view. We were able to watch the Dragon Bridge fire show from our balcony. Cleaning and water daily, plenty of hot water. Really good value for money.

Cons:

Lumpy bed, lots of tiny ants, very poor wifi. Very bad sound proofing between the room and the hall and we were unlucky to stay at the same time as some really noisy people who woke us up a lot. Obviously not the hotel's fault but something to keep in mind.

Great Staff & Location, but Dangerous Hygiene & Maintenance
Pros:

I want to be completely honest about our stay. There are definitely positive aspects to this hotel, but the current state of hygiene and maintenance is a major concern.

​Fantastic location with an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge from our window and the rooftop.
​The receptionists work incredibly long hours yet remain genuinely friendly and helpful.
​The aircon worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi is strong, the Smart TV is functional, and the water pressure including hot in the shower is excellent.
​Good soundproofing, and they provide free water, soap, and shampoo daily.

Despite the issues, we were still able to sleep and enjoy the city.

Cons:

​Extreme Dirt: Within one minute of walking barefoot, our feet were pitch black from the floor. A tissue used to wipe the bed frame came back jet black with grime. The fridge was with mouldy rubbers. We had to clean the room ourselves upon arrival.
​Maintenance Issues: The mattress is completely collapsed; you can feel every spring digging in. A wooden chair was broken and dangerous. The showerhead was broken and the bathroom ventilation is caked in black mould.
​Housekeeping: While they make the bed and empty the trash daily, no actual cleaning/scrubbing is done.
​The Pool: The rooftop pool is a biohazard. The edges and drains are black with algae and mould, making it slippery and very unsafe. The structure is crumbling, this pool must be closed immediately, your health will be at risk.

​Conclusion: The staff is great, but the hotel is being neglected by management. Because of the grime, we slept on top of the bedspread. This hotel has so much potential, but it needs a deep clean and urgent repairs immediately.

Pros:

Minh thích sự tiện nghi về vị trí của khách sạn, có chỗ bỏ xe máy rộng rãi, giá phòng rẻ, vi mình thuê đển ngủ thôi còn đi chơi cả ngày nên không có yêu cầu cao về phòng.phòng úc sạch sẽ, giường êm, ngủ ngon.

Cons:

Bạn nhân viên lễ tân khuôn mặt có biểu cảm không thân thiện khi mình đến sớm và hỏi có thể nhận phòng sớm không? mình chỉ hỏi thôi, vì trong booking có ghi có thể nhận phòng sớm nếu có.Đổi lại bạn lễ tân buổi chiều lúc mình tới nhận phòng 14h00 trả lời rất thân thiện.
