Purtroppo, la mia esperienza all’arrivo non è stata delle migliori. Sono arrivata molto prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in e, chiedendo semplicemente se fosse possibile lasciare le valigie alla reception, ho percepito un atteggiamento piuttosto sgarbato e poco disponibile da parte della receptionist.

Dopo averle chiesto di lasciare i bagagli, ho iniziato a preparare la mia borsa per poter uscire e visitare la città. A quel punto mi è stato detto che avrebbero fatto preparare subito la camera e che avremmo dovuto aspettare circa 15 minuti. Alla fine, però, abbiamo aspettato quasi un’ora, tempo durante il quale avremmo potuto tranquillamente essere già in centro a visitare Monaco.

Dopo quasi un’ora ci è stato comunicato che la camera sarebbe stata cambiata e che quella che ci avevano assegnato inizialmente era in realtà già pronta da tempo. Di conseguenza, abbiamo aspettato inutilmente.

Inoltre, quando ci è stata consegnata la nuova camera, non ci è stato spiegato né a quale piano si trovasse né come raggiungerla.

Capisco perfettamente quanto possa essere difficile lavorare a contatto con i clienti, perché svolgo anch’io lo stesso lavoro, ma proprio per questo sono rimasta particolarmente sorpresa dall’atteggiamento e dal modo in cui siamo stati trattati. Mi sarei aspettata maggiore disponibilità e soprattutto una comunicazione più chiara e professionale.

Teppichboden im.Zimmer, defekter Aufzug (es wurde Personal zum Gepäckschleppen eingesetzt,.aber trotzdem ungut)

Der fleckige Teppichboden, die Haare in der Dusche und das auch ansonsten nicht ganz einwandfreie Zimmer und Bad sowie die Lage laden allerdings nicht zum verweilen für einen München Citytrip ein.

Mycket lyhört då man hörde grannarna prata i normal samtalston. Önskade att de hade haft Laundry service.

Elevador com defeito, isolamento acustico ruim entre os quartos

The main elevator was not working, so guests had to use another elevator near the parking entrance and access it through a back entrance rather than through reception. This also made the hotel feel less secure. Breakfast was very crowded, and it was difficult to find a clean, free table. There was also constant traffic through the dining room from guests with luggage and even bicycles heading to the working elevator. During the last few minutes of breakfast, the coffee and juice machines had already been switched off. The room and bathroom were both quite small and basic, with no kettle, no safe, no fridge, a desk too small to comfortably use a laptop, and no hand towels unless requested separately. Sound insulation was also poor, and we could clearly hear doors opening and closing in the neighboring rooms and corridor. The hotel is close to an S-Bahn station, but still somewhat far from the city centre. The stay felt more like a basic budget or hostel-style experience than a proper hotel stay.

De hele week was de lift kapot, alles ging via de dienst lift.

La entrada al parking sin señalizar que era del hotel. El parking tampoco comunica directamente con el hotel. Para acceder al hotel por el ascensor tienes que entrar por el acceso lateral que da al comedor del hotel. Tuve un "pequeño problema de chicas" y pedí por favor otra toalla y me dijeron que NO.
