I dont recommend. Its a place for boombayah only
Pros:

Destroy it because it is really gross and there are cockroaches

Pros:

If you really don't have a choice or just after a quicky then this will do. Else, I strongly recommend you spend a little more and go somewhere else. My first room has an A/C that doea nothing but pretend its working. Phone is disconnected. I was transferred to another room where the bathroom gets flooded and the phone is also disconnected. Turns out all the phones are disconnected. My pillow smells and I requested to have another which didn't happen. I stayed 4 days 3 nights and didn't get fresh linens or towels. Well you get what you pay for, lesson learnt, this is not for tourists. The staff are otherwise courteous.

It was dirty and didn't have plugs to charge my phone, I managed to charge it, by disconnecting the tv, but it was not the best way.

Poor coordination between unit and booking.com of the duration of my stay. Receptionist kept on telling me that I am going to be checked-out regardless of my countless advise that i am booked for 6days.
No bidet, timba and tabo... insufficient tissue.
Busted toilet flushed...nightmare...
Intimidating receptionist.
Poor and very inconsistent and unreliable wifi connection and cannot be fix.
Very humid at the lobby area.
No direct customer assistant at Booking.com, unreliable!!!

Pros:

It was a last-minute booking at a very convenient location (relative to my original location). Staff is very helpful, room is clean, free bottled water provided, bathroom slippers are available. Room had everything I needed at the time. Much appreciated!

Cons:

Just an fyi for future potential guests: there is no bidet (but water dipper is available). Only had 2 outlets in room, one is exclusively for the TV. May have to use stairs instead of elevator. Pillows are a bit flat.

Affordable and practical way for a hotel stay
Pros:

The accommodation is ok but no parking pala for car , which is very inconvenient . the price is very affordable.

Probably the finest budget hotel in the area
Pros:

Overall, I got what I paid for. Probably the cheapest brand hotel in the area. The staff are very friendly, respectful and accommodating. Their service is probably the best asset of the hotel. The VIP room is uniquely designed with sufficient space. There is no cable. Television signal is not perfectly clear, but he internet connection is strong & consistent. The air conditioning system is well maintained. Power outlet is limited, but they will provide an extension cord upon request.

Minor bug issues noted. Maybe they should consider improving the seal around the air conditioning system. I also think that they should make sure to keep the fire exit doors or vents closed / secured, to make sure that rodents could not enter.

My stay was generally very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks to the staff who are eager to resolve any issues or concerns, in a very fast and timely manner.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a 24 hour pharmacy / grocery store beside the building, a 24 hour Jollibee restaurant below the building, and a mecca of other retail & commercial market, open during the regular hours.

I would definitely consider returning to this hotel on my future budget trips.
