Great location, second time staying there, might try somewhere else next time.

Overall, it was a great location and a good stay!
Pros:

Convenient location, right on the boardwalk.

Cons:

Pools were closed for cleaning during peak hours of the day. We requested a microwave for the room, and were made to feel as though it was a bother. And had to do a follow up call after a couple hours of it not showing up.

I didn’t like that there is no entrance or exit onto the boardwalk. No seating outside facing the boardwalk.

Great place to stay in OC MD, convenient to everything.

Parking was tight but that is everywhere in OC MD.

Clean and very comfortable beds

Cons:

The swimming pool water was entirely too cold. Even my seven year old grandson didn't swim last Thursday because the water was so cold. We purposely choose a hotel with a pool. My daughter and I couldn't stand to even stand in it because it was too cold

Yes the hotels was very good

What I didn't like was that I was charged twice for the room. Be careful, because if I hadn't checked my account, they would have ripped me off.

Pros:

Great location right on the beach, boardwalk and restaurants.

Cons:

Bar service was awful, breakfast was terrible as well. Area was dirty, no bowls, food containers empty and coffee was disgusting. Parking to load/unload my vehicle was a pain, area was super congested with zero assistance from hotel staff.
