Pleasant stay nicely renovated
Pros:

Nicely updated. The lobby and outdoor space were very nice to have. The breakfast was good. The room was nice.

The accommodations were very good.
Pros:

We loved the breakfast. The staff at the hotel, especially the night desk clerk, was very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows and bed was too soft. We prefer a firm mattress and pillows. Also, had problems with our key card not working for back door closest to our room. We had to go in front door and ask night clerk to reset our key. He said others had the same problem with their keys. He was helpful and kind.

Excellent place at a great value
Pros:

Th evocation was excellent and easy to access. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Imwill definitely stay here when in the area. Highly recommend.

Great stay
Pros:

It was very clean.

Cons:

The only issue I had, was the mattress in my room. My last stay I had a Sterns & Foster which was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. This time it was Beauty Rest. Comfortable but not as comfortable as the Sterns & Foster. That's all that I was disappointed about.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The shower set-up was fantastic for a senior man like myself.

Room wasn't ready
Pros:

It was nice and clean !

Cons:

We got there at 3pm check in time after being at softball all day in the heat and they told us our room isn't ready yet. They said it will be another 10 minutes. Well an hour and a half later they finally had our room ready and the people at the front desk weren't very nice about it. If you list on your website that check in is at 3 pm then it should be ready. Not very happy with how we were treated.
