Cordial staff. Food is good.. rooftop restaurant ambience is very good..Rooms are clean. And also reception staff very well behaved.Brrakfast is also good

Cons:

Rooms closer to kitchen, food aroma enters the room..that can be taken care of . Some indoor games can be designed.View from the window of the room if possible ,make it better..Rooms balcony's are boring , that portion can be done up, guests can sit in good season.

Pros:

Staff was very obedient and service was fast. Rooms were very comfortable. Meals were delicious. I would recommend everyone for roof top cafe which has very good ambience and view from there of majestic mountains is worth.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel manager Ms. Madhu is very good. She is patient and listens to req.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The buffet was quite lavish and well balanced.

Cons:

My room was at the end of the corridor, right across the store room. The staff banged the doors as they went in and out of the room. As the staff does night duty too it was quite a disturbance all night. It would be good to train them to close the doors softly and not just bang them loudly.
