Pros:

Harmony Palace je NAJBOLJI objekat za turiste, po mom iskustvu. Obišao sam detaljno obalu Bugarske od Varne do Burgasa u periodu od 2015-2025. Na ovako, izuzetno kvalitetnu uslugu i saradnju sa gostom nisam naišao. Menadžer Margarita Yordanova svaki zahtev gosta rešava u delu sekunde. Inteligentno, uspešno, na zadovoljstvo i dugotrajnu saradnju. Sve pohvale, obavezno ću dugo godina dolaziti opet. Tražio sam i našao mesto idealnog odmora.

Nije mi se dopalo što sam morao da se vratim kući i na posao.

Good Apartment, Poor Housekeeping
Pros:

The apartment is modern and well-equipped, with a balcony, kitchen, washing machine, and all essential amenities, making for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Housekeeping was limited, with staff mainly collecting trash. During my 7-day stay, the bed was not changed, towels were replaced only once (the day after my arrival), and I ended up washing some myself.

The room was not vacuumed, and the bathroom was not cleaned, so sand from the beach remained on the floor throughout the week.

Communication was occasionally challenging, as most staff members do not speak English. A bit more friendliness and attentiveness would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Ubytovaný sma boli na 2 týždne.Všetko bolo super. Hotel útulný a pohodlný. Náš apartmán bol krásny,čistý,vyhovujúci pre pár. Dobre vybavená kuchynka.V kúpeľni sme ocenili sme práčku. Pravidelne nám dokladali čisté uteráky a vymieňali postelnú bielizeň. Výhľad z balkóna na bazén.

I didn’t like that in two weeks they cleaned our place once, and only when we asked. Towels were not changed and toiletries also had to be requested. And I don’t really like that the hotel parking lot is small, and if you suddenly go somewhere, it’s not possible to park your car near the hotel. And there is also a moment of an almost broken shower door that was difficult to close, and closet doors that were difficult to move! Oh, and one more thing, the music from the neighboring hotel is just awfully loud, the same animation, day after day. It jams everything possible, the volume is about the area of ​​five hotels in the area.
