Pros:

Centrally located, very bad food at the Sterling V Grand restaurant, No access to alternative food in the vicinity.

Cons:

Located in the center of the city with lots of traffic.

Good for the purpose of our trip which was temple hopping

La piscine est fermée depuis le 25 octobre 2025, et pourtant elle devrait être ouverte selon les conditions de vente....
Aucune réduction concernant le manque de piscine....

Donc fuyez cet établissement, qui n'est pas commerçant et est malhonnête, car publicité mensongère.

Pros:

Les buffets sont très bons, variés et personnel réceptif

Cons:

Publicité mensongère : il est indiqué sur le site que la piscine serait ouverte à partir du 15 janvier. En arrivant grande pancarte avec piscine, bar et cocktail. Mais la piscine est vide sans eau, le bar fermé.
Le seul bar ouvert est au sous sol, sombre et glauque.
Salle de bain vétuste .
L'hôtel n'a jamais répondu à nos messages pour avoir des lits jumeaux que nous n'avons pas eu.

Stay was not as expected
Cons:

Hotel environment was not much positive. Glass separator in the room were not clean. Corner of the room or bathroom were not clear.

Wifi was not connecting after taking the help from reception too.
I gave 3-4 reminder just to have few basic requirements. So about service I cant say it’s quick.

Need to improve in many direction.

La cuisine et rien d’autre

Cons:

Le bruit causé par le personnel qui claque des portes au premier étage toute la journée et en soirée .impossible de se reposer alors qu’on paie un séjour pour aussi se reposer ! La chambre et les draps n’étaient pas propres ! on a du demander à re nettoyer et changer les draps ! le mobilier est très vétuste ! La robinetterie est à changer !
