Cons:

Water retention in the bathroom outlet. Quick water logging in the bathroom and that would last around 10mins to go out. Frequent power cuts at night which was the first time we encountered in a hotel stay ever. And the worse part was the checkout process. They made us wait at the parking for 30mins as some politician’s car was parked blocking the pathway to the exit and the security and the hotel staff simply could do nothing. They even refused to open the back gate saying it was permanently closed. Not a good experience at all. Would only recommend this place if you have no choice and need to stay for some urgency.
