Ruhiges, schönes Anwesen in bester Lage
Pros:

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male dort. Alles war wieder bestens: Das Zimmer mit Seeblick, das Team, das opulente Frühstück, das Restaurant am Abend, der große Parkplatz.

Cons:

In der Hochsaison sind die Preise schon sehr ambitioniert.

Amazing stay at this hotel!
Pros:

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel; the location in Cannero Riviera is perfect, very close to the place where we can take the ferry and literally on the promenade along the lake. We had a room with a view on the lake and it was magical. The breakfast is the best breakfast we ever had; so many options! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we didn't expect such a high quality. The price was more than reasonable for the experience we had. Everybody at the hotel was very welcoming and we really hada great stay.

Location is superb, so is the decoration

Cons:

We felt that coming through booking.com made us second class citizen. Room was the worse for the category, booking the restaurant twice we were denied the main room and placed twice in the bar, against the door.
New Year eve dinner was borin, with very small portion of tasteless food served each hour from 7PM to 10PM. Then after an hour and 45 mn we gave up for the dessert and left - like many others. We spent over €1,000 for 2 night with meals at this hotel and this was by no mean good value for the money.
