Excellent hotel , food ans staff

Lovely property with beautiful terrace bar. Great location in center if Lviv, yet on side street without the crowds. Attentive staff.

By far the best hotel in Ukraine. The building is full of history dating back over 100 years. The staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful and provide an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, so helpful, a lovely man who greeted you as you arrived also walked us to the nearby shop to change up some money.

We felt very safe and the hotel also has a shelter which we didn’t expect. The air alarms did not go off once compared to staying in central Kyiv.

The hotel is also very clean and luxurious, the rooms were lovely we even had a balcony.

Wow, what a great hotel! Front desk staffers, including Olha and Valeria (and everybody else) were very helpful with transportation, local information, etc. During my stay in September, I found Lviv to be VERY safe, and Bank Hotel has an accessible cellar in case of any alarms. This hotel has a great location, both walkable to restaurants and shopping, but on a quiet street. Bank is super clean, super quiet, with great breakfast also.

Great staff, including Olha on front desk, and everybody else. This hotel has plenty of helpful staff at desk, concierge, breakfast room. Room was large, modern styling, absolutely spotless, extremely quiet (there no noise form other guests and almost no street noise. We really heard nothing).

Stay was comfortable as always but the front office staff are often clueless. Despite staying here many times, they continue to take photos of my ID without asking. They also insist on payment ahead of checkout as it’s “easier for them”. Also had problems with the breakfast that should be included but is often not and billed separately in another transaction when checking out. The front office really needs to improve at this hotel. For a 5 star hotel, they have a way to go to make it a 5 star experience.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to downtown and the railway station, with easy access to public transport if needed. The calm and comfortable apartment, along with attentive service, catered to all our needs. The delicious food and pleasant restaurant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to revisiting this lovely place the next time we are in Lviv.
