Hotel simpático que vale pela localização e espaço exterior
Pros:

O sítio é bastante bonito e calmo. Bom para descansar.

Cons:

O hotel não tem receção própria e a porta está sempre aberta, o que não nos deu grande sensação de segurança.

Plein de charme mais les services pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Le resort est plein de charme.
Il constitue entièrement le hameau de Caldas de Monchique.
La piscine extérieure.
Les plats du restaurant.

Cons:

Le bâtiment du Pure Monchique hôtel en lui même demande un rafraîchissement.
Le SPA n était pas fonctionnel.
Il n y a pas de vrai bar dans le resort , le seul existant ferme à 18h.
Le personnel est charmant.
Au restaurant il manque vraiment d expérience, et est peu nombreux. La direction devrait staffer.
Le service est toujours très long.

Nao gostei do alojamento…

Cons:

Só marquei este hotel porque pretendia usufruir do SPA / circuito termal.. e à chegada fui informada que estava que o SPA nao estaria a funcionar… Logo aí fiquei descontente…
No quarto: ar condicionado muito velho e barulhento, frigorifico sem frio, wc com fraca manutenção.
Hotel com recepcao no edifício onde fiquei desactivada…
Restaurante com poucos funcionarios ( só vi 2 para toda a sala interna e exterior) e por isso um serviço pouco acolhedor e muito demorado…
Toda a area envolvente do hotel a precisar de manutenção…

Puespara empezar tanto el hotel como booking vende este hotel como que tiene un spa cosa que no es verdad, al menos siempre ya que yo lo reservé pensando en el spa y resulta que este está inoperativo cosa que no te informan a la hora de hacer la reserva. La habitación normal la cual en los dos días no la prepararon, no sé muy bien el motivo, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido enorme el cual tuve que apagarlo si quería dormir, hormigas en la habitación, el comedor en el cal se desayuna está algo apartado cosa que no me importa, pero está muy saturado, no pude calentar ni la tostada por haber cola para usarla, el desayuno en cuanto a calidad muy justo.
No repetiré, es un desastre y cuando me pasó lo del spa, al enterarme yo intenté llamar pero ni siquiera te cogen el teléfono

El entorno.

Cons:

La dispersion de lis tres hoteles....mal señalizado el spap y entrada a las 16:00 muy tarde.Te aconsejan ir a la piscina mientras tantos ....y estás mucho tiempo sin saber qyé hacer.En el complejo entre semana sólo hay un pequeño bar....con poca opción de comer.
Fuimos a 3kms a poder almorzar.

La tranquilidad y el buen desayuno. Muy completo

Cons:

El servicio de habitaciones y limpieza de habitaciones pésimo. No cambian las toallas ni ponen papel higiénico. Y el cuarto de baño no lo limpian adecuadamente a diario. El cenicero de la terraza sin limpiar toda la semana q estuvimos

Cons:

Very nice hotel in quiet and green region. If you want to have relaxing and calm days off, it is the place to choose.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, easy access to amenities, free parking by the hotel.

Cons:

Overall hotel needs renovation: in some places the wallpaper is peeling off and floor is swollen due to high moisture.
