Location was good, we went there same time last year. The staff were polite and efficient, but minimal.

Cons:

The part of the hotel we stayed at last year was more or less closed apart from our room and we weren't aware of this till we arrived. We were on the first floor but the ground floor was flooded and we had to wade to get to the lift.Also it was all very poorly lit,so my wife and I had trouble even putting the key in the slot.
I feel as there was no one there apart from us in that part of the hotel, it should have been closed.
I think we should have a refund as for a 5 star hotel it was well below standard.

Great for a break

Les chambres sont fraîchement rénovée cela est très jolie !

Cons:

Le service au restaurant était vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on peut espérer. On a dû attendre 35 min avant qu’on ne vienne remplir nos verres d’eau !

Localização, tamanho e configuração da suite onde estive instalado.

Cons:

Desinvestimento na estrutura, sem recepção activa no Pure, há uma recepção comum, central, antes era nas próprias instalações. Zonas comuns pouco cuidadas, no quarto uma porta do roupeiro por mero acaso não caiu em cima de alguém porque estava totalmente solta das ferragens.

Great place, well located for seclusion, beautiful, however lousy service needs to be adressed.

Quando chegámos, não sabíamos que o check in não era realizado no Pure Monchique Hotel. Telefonei e perguntei se era necessário ir a um outro local, disseram que não e que iriam passar a chamada para os colegas da recepção. Após alguma espera, a chamada caiu. Voltei a ligar várias vezes, nunca mais atenderam.
Foram outros hóspedes que me informaram que havia uma recepção geral do complexo.
