Pros:

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schön ausgestatteten Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, Kühlmöglichkeit und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig weil es in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war vielfältig und bot mit dem Blick über die Dächer einen tollen Start in den Tag❣️

Avevamo prenotato questo hotel con grande entusiasmo per trascorrere un soggiorno a San Vito, ma purtroppo non siamo nemmeno riusciti a iniziarlo.

Al nostro arrivo, all’orario previsto per il check-in (ore 13:00), ci è stata assegnata una stanza letteralmente invasa da formiche volanti. Dopo aver segnalato immediatamente il problema, il personale ha spruzzato dell’insetticida e ci ha chiesto di attendere, assicurandoci che la situazione si sarebbe risolta.

Una volta rientrati in camera, però, nel giro di pochi minuti abbiamo trovato nuovamente numerosi insetti all’interno, nonostante le finestre fossero rimaste chiuse. A quel punto abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati in un’altra stanza, ma il direttore ha minimizzato il problema definendone l’esagerazione. Ci è stato inoltre comunicato che non erano disponibili altre camere e che non potevano offrirci alcuna soluzione alternativa, lasciando a noi la decisione di andarcene o meno, nonostante fosse evidente l’impossibilità di soggiornare in quelle condizioni.

Solo dopo l’intervento di Booking è stato autorizzato il rimborso della prenotazione. Di fatto siamo stati costretti a rinunciare alla vacanza e a tornare a casa senza poter nemmeno iniziare il soggiorno programmato. Abbiamo riscontrato una totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente, nessuna proposta concreta per risolvere il problema e un atteggiamento poco professionale da parte della direzione.

Prima hotelletje in Tunesische stijl, ontzettend sfeervol. Het lag heel dichtbij het strand van San Vito lo Capo.
Pros:

Top locatie met een uitstekend restaurant.
Ongelooflijk goede keuken.

Cons:

De ontbijtzaal was vreselijk heet boven.

Pros:

Personale gentile, disponibile e professionale, ambienti puliti e accoglienti, camera pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort, ottima la colazione a buffet ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, posizione eccellente, consigliatissima la pizza al ristorante dell'hotel "cortile di Cerere".

Sentirsi a casa all'Hotel Sicilya.
Pros:

Struttura super pulita e molto accogliente. Tutto il personale qualificato, affiatato e gentilissimo. Ottimi i piatti di pesce del ristorante Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Torneremo senz'altro 💞💞 💞

Wir sind viel früher angereist, als geplant.
Der Herr hat uns bereits 6 Stunden früher einchecken lassen. Das war sehr nett und ich bin dem Herrn sehr dankbar für diese Menschlichkeit, da ich berwits sehr müde war (waren ganze Nacht auf Reise)

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das hotel ist sauber und in einer guten Lage.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Straßen weiter kann man kostenlos auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken
