Un hôtel non recommandable .
Pros:

Rien car très mauvaise expérience cette annee. Attribution d’une chambre ou kes toilettes étaient au Rdc et ke lit double au 1 et étage si bien que pour éviter tout accident ejnai du dormir sur 1 banquette lit 1 place en Rdc afin de pouvoir accès aux toilettes la nuit. Dans la description de la chambre cela n’était pas mentionné.IMPOSSIBLE DE CHANGER DE CHAMBRE ! En plus probleme de moisissures dans la SdB et odeurs pestilentielles.
Et pour finir climatisation a 3 reprises sur les 4 nuits interrompues. L’hôtel contrôle la climatisation et se permet de couper la climatisation quand le client n’est pas là pour souci économique il faut. Foire. Personnel très agressif et de mauvaise foi notamment à la réception Angela .
Seule Federico était très correcte. Et
la personne qui s’occupe du Bar bar (Coro) pour le PDJ. JE NE CONSEILLE PAS DU TOUT ´ CET HÔTEL . C’EST HONTEUX.UN CAUCHEMAR !

Cons:

Tout. L’irrespect en prime. Confort non respecté. Description chambre erronée. ( location mensongère). Reception sans aucun respect de la clientèle et mauvaise foi. Aucune solution trouvée pour tous les problèmes rencontrés.

Lokalizacja. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel

Cons:

Basen , który miał być w określonych godzinach do dyspozycji gości hotelowych był nieustannie zajęty przez innych użytkowników. Po godzinie 21 brak możliwości swobodnego wejścia do hotelu. No i oczywiście śniadania typowo włoskie 😁

Cons:

If I had of know the swimming pool wasn't going to be available to us at time of booking I wouldn't of stayed there. I got an email afterwards to say pool was limited use only 😪

Location molto bella e centrale, che permette di girare il centro di Napoli a piedi in autonomia.
Palestra e servizi presenti molto interessanti.

Cons:

Pulizia del climatizzatore: filtro non veniva pulito da tantissimo tempo.
Temperatura camera da letto decisamente alta
Colazione si potrebbe rendere migliore

Mooie ligging in old town Napoli

De ligging was erg fijn je bent overal dichtbij. De old town was erg gezellig

Het ontbijt was karig en weinig keus. Alleen maar zoetigheden terwijl er een olympisch zwemteam daar zwemt . Ook de openingstijden van het zwembad was niet goed . Er werd niet veel op de toerist gefocust

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca del puerto y de la estación de tren. El trato con el personal fue muy agradable. La habitación era muy amplia, se estaba muy a gusto

Cons:

La limpieza diaria dejó bastante que desear. No reponían jabón con suficiente frecuencia (parecía agua). A veces no hacían la cama. En alguna ocasión vimos hormigas. El buffet del desayuno era excesivamente corto

Mais logement avec réparations bricollées et pas très propre. Joints de douche sales.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon et accueil petit déjeuner très froide.
Hotel soit disant avec une piscine mais en fait piscine municipale avec activités aquatiques ouvert à tous et couloirs de nage.
Accès tres restreint à la piscine.

Good location.
Pros:

The location was great. Very close to the fun & shops. A half hour walk from the main city centre. 20 mins by taxi to airport

Cons:

The room was nice but the shower head was very worn and water went everywhere hence the only toiletry item provided was a shower cap.
The breakfast was very basic. Mostly pastries.. bread.. boiled eggs, salad & yoghurt. Nothing was refrigerated. Nothing was covered the first day so they were a few ants on the cake. 2nd day food was covered.
It was noisy from 6.30am with classes from the pool.
The aircon was very bad. It did not reach the 2nd level floor too well. We had to leave it on all night but it was very loud.
