Dreadful, disgusting and I wouldn't even give it backpackers hostel status, let alone Hotel
Pros:

I booked to stay here as I had an appointment early the next day and it was close to the hospital. However, with hindsight, I paid as much to stay as some other nearby hotels

Cons:

Everything. It took about 15 minutes for the door to be answered. It was answered by a lady who barely spoke English, wearing a woolly hat and slippers. The stairs are lethal and the smell in the hall, appalling, probably due to the stinking coconut matting on the walls . My window wouldn't shut and, as a lone female travel traveller, I didn't feel safe. A bed and breakfast {or at least the use of a kitchen} was advertised. I was told there was no kitchen and no tea/coffee or even hot water available in the room. I was directed to the two well known stores across the road. The toilet was probably fitted in the 60's, the toilet seat and lid had been worn down to the original white plastic. It was so bad, I never even contemplated a shower the next morning. I never saw the weird looking lady again for the entirety of my stay, there was a note in the room to say if I needed assistance, to go to the front door and ring the doorbell!!

Everything. False advertisment. No hot water. Bathroom door looked like it had been chewed by a dog. Rooms are tiny.

Horrible.
Cons:

My family was mislead, the room that was booked was completely different to what really was there. Not only did the room look completely different but the toilet was broken down and wasn't even working properly.
Also had no mention of no elevators and my family ( elderly lady ) had to walk up many levels of stairs to their room.
Ridiculous and disgraceful.

This place will take your money and never let you in. Don't waste your time.
Cons:

I was never able to stay in the room, because no one showed up to let anyone in. There were 3 separate groups of people also waiting to get in for over an hour. No communication as to why either.
