Stayed in Beloit as I was traveling through the area on business/pleasure. Did not want to stay in Rockford, so I found Hotel Goodwin. Great place to stay, convenient, friendly. Will stay there again if in the area.

I booked this hotel without a lot of thought because I was attending a conference in Beloit. It was amazing! My classic king rom was very well appointed and spacious. The bathroom was huge with an amazing shower. The chairs very comfortable in the room. I wish I had been able to visit the rooftop bar and the restaurant. I hope I can visit on vacation someday because this would have been a great hotel to simply relax. Note there is a small exercise room, but if you like to run there is great running path along the river, plus they offer passes to the YMCA. The only thing I wish they would offer is breakfast--if you want breakfast, you need to walk to the bagel shop nearby which is really good. They do offer coffee and water in the lobby. Again, amazing hotel!

The entire experience was exceptional, from the room quality and comfort to the chef inspired meals that are mouth wateringly delicious. John at the rooftop bar was excellent and attentive to our needs

What a fantastic stay. This hotel is gorgeous and so hip. Like staying in the coolest hotel in NYC. We LOVED our room and it was so comfortable. Loved the open modern shower encased in glass. The design of Theron and the furnishings are great. Nespresso machine is fancy. I would come back here again and again. Also, it is dog friendly which is a plus.

Took a short business trip to Beloit and had the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced. I will stay at no other place than the Goodwin.

Everything was amazing. The room was classy and very clean. Dinner in Velvet Buffalo was amazing. Karen was so friendly.

We had a very nice and relaxing weekend. The food was excellent and the look and vibe of the hotel was perfect. It felt more like an experience than a typical hotel stay. The record player in the room was perfect for the vibe for my wife and I. We live between Beloit and Chicago, so both areas were an option. We chose Hotel Goodwin for the price and vibe, and we would gladly go there again. We would’ve ended up paying more than double what we paid to get a similar experience in Chicago.

Cleanliness & hospitality.

The bed was so hard we barely slept. In fact, we considered leaving in the middle of the night. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and horrible for your neck.

Loved this hotel when we had to quickly leave our first hotel due to extreme issues. Hotel Goodwin completely turned our weekend around and gave us a great experience.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Goodwin. Staff was kind and accommodating, room was very tidy, and food from Velvet Buffalo was delicious.
