Pros:

We booked our room through hotels.com and had the confirmation number and the receipt that we had paid. When I arrived there, they said they had no record of payment. So they charged me again. Whether it was hotel.com‘s problem or whether they wanted to charge me double, I don’t know. I have the receipt from hotel.com and would like to be reimbursed. I also have the receipt for the Rs.1000 that I had to pay. The room was what I expected but the location made it hard to find.

To small rooms.
Pros:

Very bad experience with this hotel. The hotels room is so small. there is no extra table for dining.No almirah. Suffocation inside rooms.
