Pros:

An exceptional stay at Six Senses Uluwatu. Stunning cliffside views, beautifully designed villas, and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The service was warm and attentive, and the spa and dining experiences were outstanding. Perfect for a relaxing, luxury escape in Bali.

لأكن استغلال السايح او الساكن بشكل عام أنا من يوم سكنت تاريخ 21/الى 27 اي شي اطلبه من المطعم خدمه الغرف ادفع حسابه لأكن تفاجأت في يوم خروجي من الفندق ابلغوني اني لم ادفع اي شي حق المطعم ودفعوني أشياء أنا دافعها كلها من قبل استغلال حسبي الله عليكم ولحد يسكن ولو سكنت في نفس الفندق خل عندك الفواتير مال المطعم او اي شي تاخذه

أثناء ذهابي إلى المنتجع كنت في غاية السعادة فقد ذهبت باكراً حتى أرى المكان وڤيو الغرفة اثناء النهار ومن ثم أخرج لإكمال خطتي لمشاهدة منطقة اولواتو المليئة بالمعالم والمناظر الخلابة وكنت بالفعل قد حجزت سائق لذلك بمبلغ وقدرة، وعند وصولي كان الترحيب بي جيداً، واثناء عمل إجراءات تسجيل دخولنا الى الغرفة طلبوا مني البطاقة التي قمت بالحجز والدفع منها واخرجتها لهم حتى يتأكدوا وقاموا بطلب سحب مبلغ مالي حتى يتأكدوا ( لا اعلم عن ماذا يتأكدون أو عن هذا الاجراء الغريب حيث سكنت في اكثر من فندق في ’’بالي’’ ولم أواجه هذه المشكله أو هذا الطلب) حيث تفاجأت من الطلب وقمت بتقديم بطاقتي لهم لسحب مبلغ رمزي للتأكد حسب طلبهم؟؟!! حيث لم تتم عملية السحب لانني لم اقم بتفعيل بطاقتي الماستر كارد خارج المملكة وأثناء ذلك جاءت المشرفة وتحدثت معها ان هذه البطاقة هي التي قمت بالحجز منها ولم اقم بتفعيلها دولياً، وطلبت منها أن اقوم بتسجيل دخولي إلى الغرفة وأضع حقائبي ومن ثم أتواصل مع البنك لتفعيل البطاقة وفي المساء آتي الى الاستقبال ونقوم بسحب مبلغ من البطاقة للتأكد !! ( لا اعلم ما هذا الاجراء) ورفضت دخولي للغرفة بحجة الاجراءات لديهم بالرغم من ابلاغي لهم بأن قيمة حجز الغرفة تم سحبه كاملاً مسبقاً وتم دخولي على تطبيق بوكنيق وجعلتها تقرأ رسالة الفندق التي كانت تتضمن (انه تم تحصيل المبلغ كاملاً وكذلك شاهدت الايصال الذي تم إرساله من قبلهم بشأن استلام مبلغ قيمة الغرفة كاملاً، حيث ذكرت لي (انه لن يتم الدخول حتى تدفع قيمة الغرفة من بطاقة أخرى وأنهم سيعيدون لي المبلغ الذي قمت بدفعه من البطاقة التي لم اقم بتفعيلها دوليا) وكان وقتها لا يمكنني عمل ذلك لانه سيتسبب بفوضى في أموري المالية، وبعد رفضها التام قررت عدم الخروج لمشاهدة معالم اولواتو وتحدثت مع السائق عند استقبال المنتجع بأني لدى مشكلة بالدفع ولن أستطيع الخروج (مع العلم بأني دفعت مبلغ الرحله كامله للسائق) حيث قام هذا المنتجع بإفساد خطتي وحالتي المزاجية واهدار مالي في هذا اليوم، وبعد ساعتين ونصف من التواصل مع البنك تم تفعيل البطاقة وتم سحب المبلغ للتأكد!!
