미케비치 근처라 주변 인프라가 좋아요.
저는 만족합니다.
다만 조식메뉴의 다양성은 좀 필요한것 같구요, 객실에 티슈와 쓰레기통이 없어서 좀 불편했어요

Perfect location. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful sea view from the rooftop. Easy walk to the beach.

Our stay was very good all of the front desk staff were wonderful.
The corners of our room could use a little elbow grease.
Our shower flooded the bathroom because the drain was plugged

バスタブ付きの高い部屋を予約したけど、バルコニーの出入り口の鍵の使い方がわからずに一晩怖い思いをしました。

방에 개미가 있어서 개미에 물려서 조치를 요구했고, 방이 풀로 차서 바퀴벌레 약으로 임시조치가 되어서 아쉬웠다. 그리고 조식이 조금 빈약했고,

great location, less crowded end of beach. 180 deg. views from pool with good shade and not busy midday. good breakfast and friendly staff. large room well soundproofed. very good value

한달정도 장기 투숙했습니다. 서핑 여행으로 간 거라 미케비치 근처의 호텔을 골랐는데 가격대비 만족도 너무 좋았어요. 걸어서 3분 정도면 서핑 해변까지 나갈수 있고 근처에 약국, 편의점, 한인마트, 음식점, 야시장 다 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 가장 좋았던건 친절한 스태프 분들! 조식부터 프론트 하우스키핑까지 너무 다들 친절하셨어요. 방음도 잘되는 편인것 같고 청소도 깔끔했습니다. 구우욷이 단점을 꼽자면 호텔이 야시장 한가운데에 위치하고 있어서 저녁 시간에는 그랩이나 음식 배달이 바로 앞까지 들어오기 힘들다는 건데 바로 옆 호텔로 설정해서 보내면 편하게 받을 수 있습니다! 한 층에 방도 많지않고 1층에 항상 직원들이 상주해서 저처럼 여자분들의 장기투숙 숙소로 적당할것 같아요.

Not recommended.

We had an average experience overall as we found it very semi-professional.

Reception staff and entrance staff are most of the time occupied with their phones hiding behind a wall.

We also asked information about tours and they said they can only book car for us, we would appreciate some help on suggesting tours or tour agencies that they could do that for us.

Room was overall clean except the curtains that were full of stains and drips and the towels had a big hole in them.

Rooftop bar was just empty all the time with no staff attending or even if they were they would be sitting down again with their phones.

Breakfast was at least average on choices but good quality and when we called the reception in the morning to let us know when our tour guide will arrive as we were having breakfast no one had let us know by the time we reached the lift to go down were the tour guide was waiting for us...

On checking they didn't even ask if we liked our stay and didn't thank us for staying.

Don't get me wrong but you should take in consideration this feedback to value your guests if you want to make some more money or make them to come back or recommend to someone else as the competition is high with so many choices around there. I think these are pretty standards for a 3 star hotel.

Very great breakfast. Pool is nice and pretty but was a little bit green. Everyone was friendly. The room was nice, and clean, comfortable bed, soft sheet. Would definitely stay here again.

staff are very friendly but cockroach movements found in the room . Breakfast spread should be more since its only limited .

The overall experience of the hotel was good. The only thing that drags it down were the surroundings. This has of course nothing to do with the hotel specifically since the plots around it are still undeveloped or under development.

A fairly new hotel with spectacular service by all staff, bar, doorman, reception and breakfast every one of them were smiling, professional and spoke a great level of English. We loved the rooftop pool and breakfast buffet was delish! The wifi in our room was fast (45MPS) and we even extended our stay. Plenty of tourist restaurants nearby.

Wonderful placee to stay. Clean. Grest location. Roif top pool. Staff are very plessant and helpful.

We found this hotel to be comfortable and fairly clean,the staff friendly and helpful.Most staff struggled thith English but gave a solid effort.My only complaint would be that breakfast kinda sucked,everything was cold no matter what time we showed up to eat and they seemed to drop the ball on replenishing the coffee and tea.
As far as the location goes it was close to the beach but like most of the area it was completely surrounded by construction and litter.It was not loud though which was a bonus.I would recommend for the price.

First time at this hotel. It practically brand new. Room is clean. However, it is a little further away from the more established area so you have to walk a little to the restaurants, bars, etc... near by. Stafff is friendly and helpful

We had a lovely stay at Tamarind Hotel. It is a new hotel which means all the facilities and the rooms are in great condition and are very clean.
The rooftop pool is amazing, it has views of the beach and the city and became our little paradise!
