Cons:

Еле как выписали документы о проживании, пришлось приезжать за ними отдельно, хотя предупредила при заселении, что буду выезжать рано и нужны документы.

Номера уставшие, дверь с дырами, полотенца и халат серые, запах в уборной.

Place with potential and very nice staff, but the facility needs some improvements
Pros:

I've been there quite a few times. The hotel is well located and the restaurant offers a decent variety of food. the terrace outside is a good option during summer months. Wi-fi seems improved from my last visit

Cons:

the hotel need a refreshment throughout. The shower is by far the worst part, as you shall run the water for 5 minutes before it getting warm enough to take a shower. This is clearly not acceptable for an hotel and in general, since water should never be wasted

Pros:

Номер очень хороший, чистый и теплый

Cons:

Сотрудники не решают проблемы! Заранее просила подготовить бух документы, в итоге ждала 20 минут, по времени не успевала !
Администратору плевать абсолютно! Не подошла, не извинилась даже !
Ресепшен руками разводит , а в бухгалтерию тупо не впускают !
Ужасный уровень обслуживания!
