Pros:

Очень уютное, красивое и безупречно чистое место, где чувствуется внимание к каждой детали. Особенно хочется отметить прекрасный сад — невероятно ухоженный, зелёный и атмосферный, в нём действительно приятно проводить время.

Отдельного упоминания заслуживает ресторан. Всё было очень вкусно, а пицца — просто топ!

И, конечно, огромное спасибо всему персоналу за искреннее гостеприимство, доброжелательность и высокий уровень сервиса. Особая благодарность ген директору Мухаммеду — именно благодаря таким людям создаётся та самая тёплая, домашняя атмосфера, в которую хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Pros:

Staff amazing, rooms and general areas. Will most definitely stay again.

Cons:

It would be nice if some time a lift was installed, its only 3 floors including ground floor and the hotel do offer for someone to carry bags to the room but lift would improve comfort and safety for both the guests and the staff who would take bags to the room. Even with no lift i will still use Marco Polo in the future.

Еле как выписали документы о проживании, пришлось приезжать за ними отдельно, хотя предупредила при заселении, что буду выезжать рано и нужны документы.

Номера уставшие, дверь с дырами, полотенца и халат серые, запах в уборной.

Place with potential and very nice staff, but the facility needs some improvements
Pros:

I've been there quite a few times. The hotel is well located and the restaurant offers a decent variety of food. the terrace outside is a good option during summer months. Wi-fi seems improved from my last visit

Cons:

the hotel need a refreshment throughout. The shower is by far the worst part, as you shall run the water for 5 minutes before it getting warm enough to take a shower. This is clearly not acceptable for an hotel and in general, since water should never be wasted
