Pros:

Frühstück top…….alles reichlich vorhanden Die Lage ist optimal, da kurze Wege zur Stadt, Burg, Anlegestelle Schiff, Parkplatz usw.
Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich, weiter so!

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dürfte mal etwas überholt werden.

Gute Lage, aber für die Leistung leider total überteuert.
Pros:

- Personal ist freundlich und bemüht.
- Frühstück ist ganz in Ordnung, allerdings keine frischen Früchte/Obst - alles aus der Konserve.
- Top Lage, es sind nur ein paar Schritte in die Altstadt und zur Mosel

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr alt (geschätzt 70er Jahre) und entsprechend sanierungsbedürftig/verwohnt.
Zimmer sehr unsauber - Teilweise große Spinnweben im Zimmer und Bad - sehr viele Spinnen im Zimmer. Wände dreckig, Sofa kurz vor Selbstauflösung.
Im Bad/WC war der Fußboden nicht gereinigt. Spritzschutz Badewanne sehr dreckig und defekt.
Fenster lassen sich nicht verdunkeln, Nachts ist es durch die Straßenlampen sehr hell im Zimmer. Man hört jedes Auto vorbeifahren und wenn jemand im Stockwerk drüber die Toilette oder Dusche nutzt ist dies auch so laut, dass man davon wach wird.

Return trip for us after 25 years. We stayed there in 2000 on our honeymoon. A lovey reunion.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast, perfect location, very sweet staff. Still got a foot in the 20th century - I like that.

Lage super, Hotel Qualität und Hygiene mangelhaft.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Super.

Cons:

Es stinkt extrem nach Zigaretten Rauch. Nach 2 Tagen im Hotel konnte ich es nicht mehr aushalten. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und das Hotel sollte dringend renoviert werden.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt in Bernkastel-Kues trotzdem zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns nicht so gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr warm. In dieser Preisklasse hätten wir eine Klimaanlage erwartet.

Äldre men bea hotell
Pros:

Bra läge om man har bil. Hotellet är i hyfsat skick även om det är gammalt. Frukosten är bra.
Största nackdelen är trafiken utanför, men fönstren är mycket bra ljudisolerade.
