4 times stay at here, 3 times quick check in and once late because it's in the weekend. kak shafira and kak arie help me for checking in and asking about what i need in my foom. always helpful!!

i had a wonderful stay at janevalla bandung, I really appreciated good hospitality, and the team here did an excellent job, and one of the highlights was the excellent service from Ranggga at the receptionist, he was very helpful , and made the whole checkin process easy and comfortable, he explained everything very clear and always willing to help with any questions, thank uuuuu rangga for ur warm hospitality and making our stay memorable and enjoy !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had such a great stay at Janevalla Bandung! The hotel was super clean, cozy, and had a really nice vibe. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

This was my third stay here and it never disappoints. Everything was excellent as always. During this visit I wasn’t feeling very well, and the evening staff were incredibly caring and attentive, which I truly appreciated.

Special shoutout to the reception team and the room service staff on duty that evening (unfortunately I didn’t catch the name). They kindly offered me complimentary pastries and juice so I could take my medicine while waiting for my in room dining order to arrive. Such a thoughtful gesture and definitely above and beyond.

Thank you as well to the receptionist who assisted me during check in & check out and the breakfast staff for being warm and helpful. Simple things, but they really made my day.

Very nice hotel and super helpful staff. The morning receptionist Tasya helped me to book a car, motorbike and taxi always with a smile! All the team there is super friendly and really client oriented. Rooms are very nice and the hotel facility is great. Good breakfast at affordable price. Only negative point is the noise from street traffic. Recommend to get a room in the back of the hotel if you want to relax and sleep well. This noise is especially due to some motorbikes that you can hear strongly from within the rooms. They should install noise insulated doors to improve comfort. Apart from that the venue is great.

Een modern industrieel sfeervol hotel. Grote kamers, heerlijke douche, water, minibar. Gave roof top bar met zwembad. Goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Uitstekende lokatie in een redelijk rustige straat, goede uitvalsbasis om het mooie Bandung te ontdekken
