One of the most unique and amazing hotels in Bandung — everything is simply outstanding! From the excellent staff service, cleanliness, delicious food, and spacious rooms, to the kid-friendly pool. The best part is definitely the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Huge appreciation to the management of Janevalla Hotel!

Like the location

We stayed at Janevalla Bandung for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special – our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, with writing on the mirror and a lovely surprise that made us feel truly welcomed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Adit at the reception, who greeted us so warmly and even informed us via WhatsApp when our room was ready. The breakfast offered a huge variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious.

We also loved the rooftop bar – it wasn’t very crowded during our visit, but the service and food there were excellent. And of course, the pool with its view over the city was another highlight.

Overall, it was the perfect start to our honeymoon, and we can highly recommend Janevalla Bandung to anyone visiting the city!

Perfect service and a very good hotel. The rooftop swimming pool is nice and if I had any questions I texted my big friend (employer of the hotel) named Adit. That man deserves a raise! Helped me with restaurants etc.

I had the pleasure of staying at Janevalla. We were on our holiday to Bandung to celebrate my wife's birthday.

We checked in late at night and were warmly welcomed by the staff. I mentioned that I had an early plan at 6 am the next morning, and a staff named Adit went above and beyond to assist. He arranged for our car, prepared our breakfast to be ready by 5.30 am, and even helped with wake-up call to make sure we wouldn't be late.

We enjoyed our breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, which also had an incredibly friendly and attentive staff. On my wife's birthday, Mas Adit thoughtfully surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake. A small but meaningful gesture that made our stay even more special.

One of the best part of Janevalla is the 24-hour stay concept, which meant we didn't have to rush to check out by noon. We could relax and wait until traffic was more comfortable before leaving, which made our trip so much smoother.

The staff overall were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. At one point I accidentally left my shoes in the lobby while waiting for our car, and the staff immediately made sure they were safe until I came back.

I will definitely return and recommend Janevalla to anyone visiting Bandung.
