Locanda La Rosa

La colazione è stata ottima e sostanziosa. La struttura è situata al centro di un piccolo centro abitato e vicino a diversi musei sparsi nel territorio. La camera è dotata di TV e condizionatore, bagno in camera con doccia. La posizione è tranquilla. I gestori sono gentili e accoglienti. E' una sistemazione ideale per un soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo.

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour la Locanda Rosa. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme en visite chez de la famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, très attachants et toujours aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’accueil, la gentillesse et l’attention qu’ils portent à leurs hôtes font toute la différence. Une adresse pleine de charme, que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Felt like visiting a long lost aunt and uncle, the hosts are very welcoming, friendly and the place is cozy, reminded us of a tiny castle. Beautiful.

Fantastisk gästfrihet, vänligt bemötande och fint boende i sardisk stil. Otroligt god middag som tillagades av lokala produkter och med mycket kärlek. Vi kommer tillbaka!

This is a very old building, full of character but all the things you need to be up to date like the bathroom, air conditioning etc are! The owners are lovely and really go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent experience. Fabiano and Maria Rosa grow a lot of their own produce, as well as making wine and digestives, and cooked for us on the two evenings we were there and we really enjoyed our dinners, the wine and the conversation.

Heart warming couple. Cosy, old village house. It was a good Sardinian experience. It reminded me my grandparents’ old house.

The people who run this place are lovely! We had a great evening talking, learning about each others countries and languages. We enjoyed it thoroughly. It was like you were part of the family.

Consigliamo Locanda La Rosa per tanti motivi: accogliente, silenziosa e comoda, vicina ai tantissimi luoghi da visitare presenti nel territorio, i gestori gentilissimi e disponibili, la cucina tipica, genuina e deliziosa. Siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Piccola locanda molto graziosa, in un piccolo paese della Marmilla (zona della Sardegna), realizzata in uno splendido recupero di una casa campidanese. I proprietari e gestori della locanda e del ristorante, sono persone molto ospitali e cordiali. Stanze accoglienti, ben pulite e molto silenziose.
Facilmente raggiungibile e vicino a molti luoghi di interesse archeologico nuragico.

A wonderful property and experience. The room was impeccable in all ways: clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The host, Rosa and her husband, were affable and treated us as friends. The village is small and quiet, and close to important archeological sites. As charming as this property is, when the murals in the courtyard are finished, it will be even more enthralling. We had a delicious dinner in a cozy dining room. Definitely recommend. Also, great for families.

Fomos muito bem recebidos na Locanda. O casal proprietário fez de tudo para nos agradar e acolher após uma longa viagem com as crianças. O quarto era muito espaçoso e na área de lazer tinha uma pequena piscina onde as crianças puderam brincar. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas para quem deseja explorar a região, a localização é muito favorável

The stay was perfect, we regretted that we stayed only one night. The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean and included everything you can expect. What made the stay special were the owner couple with their friendliness and availability, as well as the food. The dinner consisting of home-made Sardinian and Italian specialties was outstanding, as was the breakfast with home-made pastries.

We only stayed a Locanda La Rosa for one night. We used it as an overnight stay before flying home from Cagliari the following morning. The property is well located for visiting the Barumini nuraghes.
Parking was on the street but wasn't a problem as Pauli Arberei is a very small rural village.
The highlight of Locanda La Rosa is really the hosts themselves. Fabiano and Maria Rosa were such lovely people who really seemed to sincerely enjoy looking after us. Although we had some language problems (resolved with a translation app) we had some good humoured discussions over dinner, discovering oneanothers interests and life histories. We were genuinely sad to leave.

Camera confortevole e impeccabile, Fabiano e Maria Rosa sono stati al massimo della cordialità consegnandoci le chiavi della stanza con largo anticipo. Struttura caratteristica del posto, location suggestiva. Ottima colazione con torta fatta in casa. Ci ritorneremo.

The hosts were delightful and absolutely charming. The food was special, much was homegrown and hand made. The rooms were simply furnish, but with lots of local character.

Maria Rosa and her husband went out of their way to make us feel at home. They cooked us the best meal we had in Sardinia, Maybe in Italy! So kind caring and genuine. Lget them host you and make you dinner. Great place to drive to if you want a break from cities! Our stay with them was the highlight of our 4 week vacation in Europe!

Fabiano and Maria Rosa are so friendly and the hospitality they gave me was truly exemplary, such kind and gentle people you could ever wish to ask for . I arrived very late in the evening and it was no trouble for them to open up their kitchen and make me a wonderful antipasti plate of local goods and serve me some home made wine. Incredible host and their lovely dog Argo is very well behaved and very sweet.
Room was spotless and good value and everything you needed was there, it’s a charming modest little Locanda and does exactly what you want it to and more due to the incredible hospitality given by Fabiano and Maria Rosa
