Ordentliche und geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Café mit Bar, wo man sich abends gut und bequem mit gereichten Snacks aufha

Geräumiges, komfortables und sauberes Zimmer. Das angebotene Frühstück kann man sich aus meiner Sicht sparen, da das dazugehörige Café übliches Gebäck und Kaffee anbietet. Wir haben für zwei Personen 10€ bezahlt für 2 sfogliatelle und 2 Cappuccini.

Cons:

Der Check-in: keine Begrüßung, die Dame schien sehr wenig Lust auf ihren Job zu haben.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof gebucht, bekamen ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße. Es hieß dann „nach Verfügbarkeit“. Warum wird das Zimmer dann bei booking.com angeboten?
Der angegebene „Balkon“ ist nicht nutzbar. Es handelt sich um ein bodentiefes Fenster mit einem Geländer davor. Nach meinem Verständnis kann man sich auf einem Balkon wenigstens mit einem Stuhl aufhalten. Die Angabe „Balkon“ ist eher irreführend.

The superior rooms are clean and attractive. The hotel is right next to the hospital, which is very convenient if you have a family member in the hospital, as was my case. The staff is very welcoming, and the lobby bar offers pastries, savory snacks, and excellent coffee.

If you’re looking for a hotel near downtown Naples that’s accessible by car, this isn’t the place, as the area is hard to reach without a vehicle. However, if you have a family member in the hospital, I highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

This is a boutique hotel, beautifully designed with pieces of art flirting with you whether you are in the hall or going to your room. Every room comes with a theme, from Alice in Wonderland to The Joker. The rooms are clean, spacious with comfy bed(s). The personnel is friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers and absolutely professional with handling every aspect of your staying. A private parking lot is conveniently located in the back of the property, surrounded by trees and plants, accompanying the customers to the entrance which lit up at night with a game or colors. Adjacent to the hotel there is an elegant “breakfast” bar offering a variety of pastries, “screaming deliciousness”, and drinks, ranging from a typical espresso to cocktails.
This boutique hotel is impeccable, whether your are traveling for business or leisure.

Grande chambre spacieuse déco à l'ancienne
Une seule personne bienveillante à la réception l'hôtesse la plus âgée
Les autres s'en foutent de mon handicap

Cons:

Le service d'étage assuré par la cafétéria annexe était lamentable: pour les mêmes collations les prix variaient chaque fois du simple au double
Leur produit en pâtisserie n'étaient jamais affiché donc laissé au bon vouloir du caissier très désagréable
