Room size is great. The staff was horrible and unprofessional.

The staff. He wouldn’t give me his name. The first room had a crack in the shower, the TV didn’t work in the second room he told me to wait till morning. The 3rd room had clothing tags on the floor (I felt like it wasn’t clean).

Cons:

The clerk told me I had to have my physical card with me to pay the deposit. He made me run all over the city for an hour in the middle of the night trying to find an ATM. I couldn’t, though. It was already past midnight.
I went back to the hotel to ask if there were any other options. He said I could pay with Apple Pay, but Google Pay wasn’t possible. I asked if we could at least try anyway, and right at that moment he was informed that they actually do accept Google Pay. The whole situation was incredibly frustrating. My payment was non-refundable, and I almost lost the entire deposit because he didn’t even know what payment options they accepted.

The person next door was always banging on the wall you could here people walking upstairs it wasn’t so good to enjoy your sleep apart from that it was fine
