Pros:

Very clean and quiet, the staff are accommodating and were welcoming during check in. Bed was comfortable and I very much enjoyed my stay. I would stay at this place again, it’s very well managed.

Location and helpfulness of some staff.

Cons:

I requested a late check out that was confirmed with the front desk. The day of checkout we get banging on the door at normal checkout time and I answer the door and I tell them that I I am doing late checkout and he said that I wasn’t able to and I said well I confirmed with someone at the front already and he was like oh okay. And i just didn’t appreciate the approach and tone. Should communicate better with your team.

The rooms were nice and up to date. Breakfast was good parking was convenient

Cons:

The elevator was broken. We were not informed until arrival and we were told the only Available room for our booking was on the 3rd floor

Room size is great. The staff was horrible and unprofessional.

Cons:

The staff. He wouldn’t give me his name. The first room had a crack in the shower, the TV didn’t work in the second room he told me to wait till morning. The 3rd room had clothing tags on the floor (I felt like it wasn’t clean).
