Great location and beautiful apartment
Pros:

We had a great time at Suite Sarandrea. The apartment is gorgeous, spotless, comfortable and quiet. The location is very good--walking distance to the Vatican Museums, and close to many small bars and grocery stores. Our only issue was the check in and check out process--Bruna (Massimo's mother) spent an hour checking us in and explaining unnecessary details about the suite for us. She also messaged us repeatedly before we arrived, confirming our flight and check in time, and was waiting for us impatiently outside as we pulled up (even though we arrived right on time, as planned). She also pushed us to get a discounted rate in the adjoining restaurant downstairs, but it wasn't that great--I'd advise against dining at the restaurant. Lastly, Bruna made a big show of checking every nook and cranny of the apartment thoroughly (and in front of us) before she gave us the cash security deposit back. We felt a little strange about the check in and check out process, but we dealt with it. If this isn't an issue for you, I'd recommend the apartment, but be sure to be firm with communication while checking in and out.
