Pros:

Чудесный отель, отзывчивый персонал. В номерах чисто, есть возможность приготовить пищу самим. Белоснежные постельное бельё и полотенца, мягкая удобная кровать. Хорошие одеяла. Каждый день ставят бутилированную воду, чай, сахар. Хороший холодильник с морозильной камерой в номере. На ресепшене стоит кофемашина, сухие сливки и сахар, и сливовый напиток со льдом. В отеле есть тренажёрный зал, бильярд, сауна, прачечная. Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха. Если вам нужен кондиционер для волос, лосьон для тела и бритва нужно просить это на ресепшене. Также по просьбе могут выдать зонты. Кулеры с водой стоят в отеле. На отдельном столике возле столовой можно взять приправы, подсолнечное масло и соусы для приготовления пищи в номере. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Рядом с отелем много продуктовых магазинов, цены на продукты ниже чем в центре города. Очень красивые парки в этом районе, но находятся они не близко. Нам отель очень понравился, рекомендуем.

Cons:

Когда заселились в номере не было посуды, поэтому пришлось буквально выпрашивать всё. В итоге посуду дали в минимальном количестве. Метро находится далековато, но в пешей доступности.

The room is clean. Well furnished. Spacious enough to accommodate 5 of us. The living and dining areas are especially nice for us to gather and watch tv together. Kitchen is clean and it’s always good to have a washing machine so we don’t have to bring too many dirty clothes home.

Cons:

It’s a little bit far from the tourist areas.

Nice stay good staff
Pros:

Nice and clean rooms there is a store on the same street. The staff is helpfull and even went the extra mile. The location is pretty good you can take taxi to the city wall it takes like 20-30min.

Pros:

An excellent serviced apartment hotel with a convenient location, just a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest metro station.

The rooms are beautiful, and I especially enjoyed having a large windowsill. It was a very cozy place to sitting there and relax after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. After I had already checked out, I realized that I had left some personal belongings in my room. I contacted the hotel through WeChat, and the staff helped locate the items, prepare a package, and arrange delivery to Beijing, where I was continuing my trip. Their assistance greatly improved my overall experience and left a very positive impression.

Without any doubt, I will stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an. Highly recommended!

A very convenient to stay for a week
Pros:

The facilities are complete, especially the kitchen utensils are all available.

Disposable slippers are very slippery. I almost slipped in the corridor and bathroom several times.
