アクセスが良い(阪急烏丸駅から徒歩約5,6分)
スタッフが親切、清潔、大浴場あり、足マッサージ機あり、コンビニ至近、付近にレストラン多い、静かな環境、朝食(ご飯、パン、麺、惣菜十分、手作りモナカなど)、荷物ロッカーあり、これら総合的にCPが大変良い。

Great staff.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Fell asleep eating chocolate biscuits in bed and woke to a sticky mess. Sheepishly informed reception and they immediately cleared up. Awesome service for a silly guest.

Great location and bedroom. Onsen not amazing but would stay there again.
Pros:

Loved the location and cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

The onsen was a bit dirty and dated, most of all the water was not flowing/was not as hot as any of the other onsens we've visited.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel, un personnel très sympathique. Le onsen était très agréable. La chambre était bien isolé.

Cons:

Le thé en poudre n'était pas très bon, peut être mettre un thé en sachet (même si il y en avait de disponible en bas).

外国人に最適のホテル
Pros:

大きなデパートや市場に近く、買い物には良いと感じました。
錦市場に行ったが、外国人が多く、途中諦めて結局デパ地下で惣菜を買って部屋で食べた。部屋の方が安心できた。
朝食の和食が美味しかった。

Cons:

シーツがジメジメしているように感じた。
カーテンやソファが臭かった。
外国人が多く、なんとなくゆっくりできなかった。

祇園祭を楽しめた、すごく良い宿泊でした。
Pros:

立地は良かったと感じています。
祇園祭にあたり、宿の周りに菊水鉾、霞天神山、山伏山、占出山などが密集しているので祭の準備の様子など、楽しく観させていただきました。

We would book this hotel on our next visit to Japan which should be very soon.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and the rooms weren't available yet. The staff was able to help get our bags stored so we were able to explore Kyoto without all the lifting. He was even complementing our sons shirt.

Cons:

Clean area and very close to the bus station/train station. Pretty good location if you area going to explore Kyoto
