L’emplacement est très sympas

Cons:

La piscine était verte et inutilisable. Et la nuit a été très compliquée…. Du bruit..dû à des clients irrespectueux..
L’état de l’hôtel est bien différent des photos vues lors de la réservation .

I would rather forget this unpleasant stay at the Grand Whiz. The room was a long way from reception, accessed by a series of ramps. No elevator. The room itself was dirty and badly equipped. There was nowhere to hang clothes. The shower had no soap and the tile floor was dangerously slippery. The power failed several times. The terrace was, like the shower, dangerously slippery. The dinner in the restaurant was nearly cold. The breakfast was poor.

Pros:

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago.
