A real gem!
Pros:

This has to be the most welcoming and service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived early before check in time and they gladly stored our luggage for us, gave us complimentary drinks (the cumquat and ginger tea is amazing!) and recommended a fantastic local seafood restaurant for us to have lunch while they prepared our room. Our room was super comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great spot for a walk around town to see the gorgeous architecture and parks and to eat local food. Breakfast at the hotel was terrific, with a terrific array of food on the buffet and excellent service with staff on hand offering to make eggs and refilling food as soon as it looked like running low. All of the staff were generous with their time talking to us and answering questions, especially Toan and Van Anh (sorry that we didn’t get everyone’s names!) We would gladly recommend it and hope to stay here again.

Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made me feel welcome and well looked after throughout my stay.

I also really loved the hotel’s overall aesthetic and décor. The lobby and restaurant are especially inviting—warm, colorful, and thoughtfully designed. Everything comes together in a beautifully eclectic way that feels both comfortable and unique.

If there is one area for potential improvement, it would be the carpeting in the public hallways, which shows some age. A future refresh or remodel of these areas would elevate the experience even further and better match the charm and vibrancy found in the lobby and restaurant.

Overall, this is a hotel with heart, character, and exceptional service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who values attentive staff and a welcoming, artistic atmosphere.
