Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem ansprechenden Hotel!
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, es war alles sauber, aber halt typisch Einzelzimmer, hatte etwas Reha-Zimmer-Charakter.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war relativ langweilig, es war im Preis inbegriffen. Die Freundin, die ich besucht habe, und mit frühstücken wollte, musste 17,50 EUR bezahlen, Dafür fand ich die Auswahl und die Aufmachung nicht sehr gut.

Es gab auch nur Kaffee und Tee, keine Kaffeespezialitäten, wenig Auswahl bei Wurst und Käse. Rührei, dazu kleine Bockwürstchen, Speck wäre nett gewesen. Brötchen waren typische Aufbackbrötchen.

„In einem Hotel kommen Gäste aus verschiedenen Ländern und Kulturen zusammen. Nicht jeder Gast spricht Deutsch. Deshalb sollte das Personal Verständnis zeigen, respektvoll mit den Gästen umgehen und berücksichtigen, dass manche Menschen die deutsche Sprache nicht beherrschen. Es gehört zum professionellen Umgang, den Gästen mit Geduld und Respekt zu begegnen.“

Pros:

Ontbijt buffet was zeer goed.
De busverbinding van hotel naar de stad is zeer goed , de bushalte is voor het hotel en gratis voor de gasten van het hotel.
De lange schoenlepel in de kamer was en is een extra service (wow).
De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel.

Cons:

Het hotel is echt dicht ( gesloten) tussen 12:00 en 15:00.
Dit was niet vermeld op de website.
Daar stond op dat het open was.

Pros:

Wir sind mit Fahrrädern angereist und haben ein modernes Doppelzimmer mit schönem Bad und ordentlich heißem Wasser ;) gehabt
Die Innenstadt war mit einem kleinem Spaziergang gut zu erreichen.
Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts negatives. CheckIn könnte etwas freundlicher und kompetenter sein. Sollte zumindest wissen, von welcher Brauerei das Bier stammt, das am Zapfhahn fließt.
