Prachtig gebouw op goede locatie.
Alles prima geregeld en zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaters.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig inakzeptabel
Cons:

Wir haben am Tag der Ankunft für rund 200€ die Nacht gebucht: das teuerste Hotel in der Stadt laut Booking.com in der Erwartung, hier nichts falsch machen zu können. Das Gegenteil war der Fall.

​Ankunft & Service: Bei der Ankunft war absolut niemand zu erreichen. Die Türklingel sollte auf eine Telefonnummer weiterleiten, was jedoch erst nach zahlreichen erfolglosen Versuchen funktionierte. Als dann endlich jemand abhob, folgte eine Diskussion darüber, welches Zimmer wir gebucht hätten. Die Krönung: Wir sollten schließlich einfach die Zimmerkarten eines anderen Gastes nehmen, die dort bereits für diesen hinterlegt waren. Absolut unprofessionell und sicherheitstechnisch bedenklich.

​Zimmer & Ausstattung: Statt gehobenem Standard bekamen wir einen Ausblick auf einen Hinterhof voller Müll und Gerätschaften. Das Badezimmer war viel zu klein, und da der Abfluss der Dusche nicht funktionierte, stand das gesamte Bad nach kurzer Zeit unter Wasser.

​Frühstück: dass bei diesem stolzen Zimmerpreis das Frühstück nochmals extra kosten sollte, war für uns dann der Grund, dankend darauf zu verzichten.

​Fazit: Ein wunderschönes Gebäude von außen, aber hinter der Fassade war es für uns eine Enttäuschung. Für diesen Preis ist die gebotene Leistung eine Frechheit. Wer Gastfreundschaft und funktionierende Abläufe sucht, sollte dieses Hotel meiden.

Cons:

Expensive parking at the hotel, but large free car park approx 10 mins walk away. Reception unmanned after 12 noon so originally had the feel of an apartment with code / key box.

Preciso palacete en el corazón de Palamós
Pros:

El palacete es precioso! Todos los detalles estructurales y de decoración hacen que cada estancia sea muy acogedora. Desayuno muy rico.
El jardín es muy bonito y la zona de piscina adecuada, aunque como punto negativo, te sientes muy expuesto y sin privacidad ya que el restaurante ubicado en el jardín del hotel ofrece vistas directamente a la zona de piscina, lo cual puede ser un poco incómodo para los huéspedes durante el verano.

Que el jardín sea común para el hotel y el restaurante.

Proximity to the beach. Beautiful building.

Cons:

Very little to say that is negative. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very unusual not to have them. Shared facilities downstairs is no the same.
