Pathetic and Poor experience
Pros:

Pathetic pathetic pathetic experience. Careless and non responsive team. We were stuck at Gulmarg hotel for 2 hours with very less network connectivity and no one from the team responded.
We booked the hotel at Gulmarg on 20th July and got the confirmation as well. But when we reached ,the hotel had no booking and we were standing at the reception for 50 mins and the hotel couldn’t find the booking and was fully booked.
The hotels.com team did not help at all. We kept calling continuously but the concern team did not respond!!
Would never ever book from such site. Bad bad experience.

Unpleasant hotel - great staff
Pros:

We spent Xmas there - bookings were messed up but staff tried to accommodate us.

Central heating was switched off even though it was - 11 degrees outside for the 3 nights.

We tried to make the best of the stay but this was not a highlight of our Indian visit
