立地は良かった
Pros:

２駅を利用できる立地、防音設備はしっかりしていたので繁華街でしたが屋外の音は気にならなかった。
ベッドの寝心地、アメニティが充実

Cons:

部屋は狭く綺麗でしたが、ユニットバスの洗面台下のパイプが埃だらけなのが湯船に浸かっていた際に気になった。
ウォシュレットのノズルが汚過ぎて使用出来なかった。
