사카에역과 가까운 위치여서 접근성이 좋습니다.
가성비가 괜찮습니다.

Cons:

유흥가라서 호텔 바로 앞에서 흡연하는 사람, 새벽 늦게까지 시끄럽게 떠드는 사람이 매일 많습니다. 사카에 역에서 호텔까지 걸어가는 길은 대부분 유흥가이며, 심지어 유흥가에서 지나가는 행인에게 영업까지 하곤 합니다. 그리고 흡연자 많음.
특히 호텔 바로 옆에는 편의점이 있는데 숙박하는 내내 거기서 무리지어서 흡연하고 있어 비흡연자로서는 힘들었습니다.
청소가 잘 안되어 있습니다. 화장실의 환풍구는 먼지로 들어차있고, 룸의 환풍구도 마찬가지입니다.

Great hotel, best price
Pros:

The hotel seems new, fresh and quite luxurious considering the fact that it's a 3-star hotel. The rooms are big and of a bit better quality than others at the same price point. The breakfast was HUGE advantage - served by a korean restaurant below the level of the Hotel. It was the best breakfast I've had in Japan, HUGE variety of dishes.

Cons:

The smell of cigarettes at the entrance. The Hotel is also located in an area where there are many night clubs, so on lower storeys people partying might be disturbing.

Pros:

位置方便附近有許多知名餐飲，離唐吉軻德跟榮商圈近，轉角就有全家，房價便宜、床跟枕頭舒服、備品不錯、可寄放行李
