Sehr freundliches Personal!!
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Highlights sind das gute Restaurant und das Hallenbad. Wir kommen wieder😃
Very spacious apartment and located in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful and kind and dining in the restaurant was a very good experience. The indoor swimming pool was a great plus as it was not crowded, especially towards the end of the day.
Furniture was a bit old.
I arrived on a Monday but was disappointed to learn the restaurant was shut. Had to drive back into Düren for food. Germany doesn't seem to like Mondays! Hotel is good, if not slightly tired, but very clean and I slept well. My Monday evening disappointment was short lived following a very welcoming and wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff.
This is a gem of a place- an old-school guesthouse with plenty of character and charm. All staff were very friendly and helpful to every request I had.
Facilities include bar with beergarden, pool and sauna and restaurant. Little touches made this place feel very homely even though I was only here for the one night. I was particularly impressed by the schnapps table and spirits trolley in the restaurant 😀

Be aware that check-in is by 6pm unless arranged in advance with the property, which wasn't a problem for me.
Had a classic feel about it. I like that. The staff were exceptional—German hospitality is quite different to the US. Staff were very attentive but always disconcertingly close—that, of they were always going something around me. That said, they were VERY attentive and helpful especially the guys that were there for dinner and then for breakfast. The breakfast was very good—a great spread!
