Pros:

オーナーがとても気さくで親切な方でした。
部屋からの眺めも最高で、期待以上の体験でした。
食事もおいしく、軽食も販売しているので、その点は安心して過ごせます。
野尻湖を訪れるときは、また泊まりたいと思います。

Cons:

不満ではなく注意点として、館内着がないことと部屋にTVがありませんでした。
（私は見落としてましたが）これらの説明は、WebサイトのQ&Aに細かく記載されています。

a home away from home- lovely atmosphere - great lounge that overlooks Lake Nojiro
Pros:

the host Ted, is also the owner on site- which makes our stay personalised. He was able to accommodate and suggest solutions - us, being there for skiing - he recommended an onsen which was clean and affortable - he allowed his staff to drive us to the onsen - to the train station - pick-up from train station - allowed us to rest in the lounge area until our afternoon department

Cons:

Nothing to dislike - staff all very accommodating (Jason and Shuta) - hot drinks accessible 24hours (e.g. coffee, tea, hot water, green tea) - these made our stay very homely. we would certainly recommend it to large groups- in case you are feeling hungry, there is instant noodles available for purchase onsite

Amazing spot at the Lake. Perfect location in the middle of 6 ski resorts. Beautiful views. Easy to reach and very laid back atmosphere. Overall great stay

Cons:

No garbage rules are simply insane. In no other property we’ve stayed in Japan during our last multiple trips any hotel had these kind of rules. Also the shoe policies are not smart and you have always dirty socks. Breakfast was not good. They should provide vegetables+fruits and no watery fried eggs in the morning. Overall great stay just some rules and the breakfast needs to be improved.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing! My friend and I had our car break down and the hotel staff was super kind and helped us research ways to get back home. Would love to come back again!
Also the rooms were very nice and had a beautiful view of the lake!
