The view, the staffs, the breakfast, the activities (we did kayak, bbq, and cycling. Everything was perfect)

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Proprietor was very friwndly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby. Kayaking on the lake was fun. Bedroom was nice and dark, bed was comfortable. Nice place to relax inside your room, the facility or outdoors. Easy parking.

My stay at Nojiri Lake Hotel exceeded my expectations for a relaxing, full of nature healing experience. Thank you!!
Pros:

Love the hotel. Very welcoming, very clean rooms, love the scenic location, staff were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. Quiet which is what I needed, authentic Japanese breakfast, option for western food also. I loved that this hotel was strictly non smoking (I’m very sensitive to smoking). Loved the option for kayaking, walking in nature. This hotel is for the person who also loves to interact internationally. I met awesome visitors from a young woman with a PhD in elephant behavior to one working on sustainable living, to one who built Japan telecommunications with Antarctica.

Cons:

A bit of rain but even that was great because there is a beautiful sitting room that looks out on Lake Nojiri.

Pros:

オーナーがとても気さくで親切な方でした。
部屋からの眺めも最高で、期待以上の体験でした。
食事もおいしく、軽食も販売しているので、その点は安心して過ごせます。
野尻湖を訪れるときは、また泊まりたいと思います。

不満ではなく注意点として、館内着がないことと部屋にTVがありませんでした。
（私は見落としてましたが）これらの説明は、WebサイトのQ&Aに細かく記載されています。

a home away from home- lovely atmosphere - great lounge that overlooks Lake Nojiro
Pros:

the host Ted, is also the owner on site- which makes our stay personalised. He was able to accommodate and suggest solutions - us, being there for skiing - he recommended an onsen which was clean and affortable - he allowed his staff to drive us to the onsen - to the train station - pick-up from train station - allowed us to rest in the lounge area until our afternoon department

Cons:

Nothing to dislike - staff all very accommodating (Jason and Shuta) - hot drinks accessible 24hours (e.g. coffee, tea, hot water, green tea) - these made our stay very homely. we would certainly recommend it to large groups- in case you are feeling hungry, there is instant noodles available for purchase onsite
