Pros:

One of the most terrible exepriences of life. They had no basic things like cooling in the room, appropriate cleanliness, availabilities of amenities like in-house restaurant or kitchen etc. And they never bothered to keep me infomrmed about it till I reached there and had paid the full amount.
After I created the hue and cry, they offered to shift o their another property, Mint Ivy. However, luckily when reached there, they had no electricity which confirms they had no appropriate power back up either. Overall a terrible experience.
I need full refund of my amount paid to them
