The staff were very friendly & welcoming.
The room was ok.

Cons:

The room was far too hot & the thermostat wouldn't lower the temperature. I was later told that the manager could access the thermostat remotely!!
I was above the pub & conservatory, so you could hear the music quite loudly & the people coming to the pub talking.
The room had a mirror that had icons lit up on it, which lit the room all night, so I had to put a towel over it to dim it and been able to sleep

Good, clean, comfortable room
Pros:

Good room and ensuite. Small but had everything we needed and it was made nice and cosy. Sheets were lovely and soft and good pillows. It was all good!

Pros:

As the resturant was closed , we were guided to order take out and theyd provide the plates and cutlery so it all worked out perfectly.
John smiths, open log fire and take away was brilliant

Great for what I needed in an overnight stop
Pros:

Lovely welcome, really comfy room, decent Wifi, and fabulous breakfast 😊

Cons:

Bathroom in desperate need of refurbishment, and the shower was scolding hot and wouldn't go cooler.

These guys are scammers. The hotel doesn't work. I don't know why they are still visible in booking.com.
