The view of the lake and islands!!! Amazing. The family room and bedroom both connected to a terrace that overlooked the lake. So lovely both morning and evening (even from the bed).
Everything was clean. The room was big and the bed was a comfortable (American-sized) king bed. They have an additional charge for the kitchen - that confused me. Actually, there is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker in the room- outside of the kitchen. The "kitchen" is closed off by a sliding door and if you aren't preparing meals, you won't need it.
The staff was so accommodating and nice. Fortunately for us, they all spoke English fluently and made it easy for us - booked transportation, island tours and dinner reservations. As mentioned by others, the breakfast was very good - and lots of food if you get the bigger option. Fresh squeezed juice. Good coffee.
The location is fantastic. Easy walk to the city center, restaurants and boats (to island).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay there again.
The coffee cups in the room weren't changed when the room was made up. Not a big deal, we rinsed them. But, that would have been a nice touch. Nothing else to say. This place is great.
Vi hade bett om ett rum på nedre våningen och vi fick en mycket vacker svit på våning 1 med en fantastisk terass med utsikt över sjön så vi är mycket nöjda med det. Jättesköna sängar, stort badrum med dubbla handfat. Vackert hotellområde, utmärkt läge, cirka 20 minuter att gå från stationen.
Oklart om det tillkom kostnad för att använda köksdelen! Koka vatten och använda kylskåpet var ok men vid matlagning tillkommer tydligen 70 Euro?! Det fanns inga vinglas. Köksinredningen kändes inte så modern.
Excellent lake views from a spacious, acceptably clean room and considerate staff.
Issues with the toilet and hot water were small inconveniences that may not be consistent for all travelers. Generally the facilities are a bit tired.

Exceptional staff. Huge room. 20 Euro breakfast was amazing spread. Loved the view of the lake from our room.
Room had a musty smell.
The location, so close to the ferry departures, and close to all the shops, restaurants, bank, supermarket, etc. Our suite had a spectacular view of the lake. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The €5 breakfast was wonderful, and the food in our room on arrival was a welcome surprise.

Everything. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely linen and towels. Nespresso machine in room as well as kitchenette. Staff were just lovely. Great terrace for afternoon aperitif.

Location, staff, and room were top notch. The balcony faced the lake for a breathtaking view of the islands and mountains beyond the lake
The shower was on the small side, especially for such a large suite.
Excellent breakfast . You can even have it delivered to the room and enjoy it from the veranda with a marvelous view. Very friendly staff that is always welcoming you and arranging whatever i asked for

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room! There is a lovely terrace where breakfast is served in the morning. The breakfast is not free but very reasonable for what is offered.
