Great staff & lake views, large rooms but poor internet. Great hotel if you do not need internet
Pros:

Great staff, large rooms, nice balconies, great location and great lake views

Cons:

Internet is poor. Some devices never could connect, other were in and out. They need to upgrade their entire internet infrastructure.
Breakfast is confusing. Instead of a simple buffet breakfast, they have several combination of choices of base options with a la carte add ons. They should just have a buffet breakfast like other hotels

Une grosse déception, heureusement que nous ne sommes resto que deux jours.
Pros:

L’emplacement (même s’il y a une agence immobilière et une station service au rez-de-chaussée, sous l’hôtel), la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La configuration des chambres (douche très petite notamment), le mobilier très cheap et abîmé (et des rideaux trop petits pour la fenêtre dans la chambre), la manque d’hygiène (tâche blanche très suspecte sur un canapé, poussière sur le radiateur de la salle de bains où on pose les serviettes, taches sur les murs et les portes). J’ai signalé ces éléments à l’établissement de retour chez moi. Il a été réactif, a assuré faire son possible pour nettoyer avec les nombreux passages, a regretté que je ne signale pas ceci immédiatement sur place et a procédé à un remboursement partiel (que j’ai refusé).

Un super séjour dans un hôtel aux services irréprochables !
Pros:

Emplacement super : face à l’embarcadère et accès direct au centre, et pourtant très calme. Le service aux petits soins du personnel est un réel plus, beaucoup d’attentions très appréciables.

Cons:

La wifi n’est pas top, mais c’est le cas un peu partout…

Heerlijk, comfortabel, mooi uitzicht, zeer grote kamers +keuken, super aardig personeel, top ontbijt
Pros:

In één woord 'geweldig'! Prachtige, ruime kamers met airco en terras en tuin met ligstoelen en uitzicht op het meer. Super vriendelijk personeel en stadje met heerlijke restaurants om de hoek!

Pros:

Ruime kamers, heel vriendelijk personeel, hondvriendelijk. Lekker Italiaans ontbijt! We mochten ook gratis een sup-plank gebruiken. Veel parkeergelegenheid vlakbij het hotel.

Pros:

Prachtige locatie aan het meer en vlakbij de veerboten. Ruime suite met enorm terras (hangmat incluis). Heerlijk zicht op het meer vanuit ons bed. Uitgebreid ontbijt dat op de kamer werd gebracht. En een werkelijk onberispelijke service, zoals anderen ook aanhaalden -topkwaliteit. Ik kan dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Cons:

Het meubilair is een tikje gedateerd.

Un lieu de charme, très paisible
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel. La vue de notre chambre (pour trois) avec un balcon et une vue partielle sur le lac. Le confort (literie impeccable, chambre très spacieuse) et la propreté. Les collations. L’accueil charmant. Globalement un lieu de charme. Très paisible

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix peut-être (la chambre pour trois en plein mois d’août est à un prix élevé au regard de la catégorie)

Fantastic!
Pros:

The property is beautiful. As soon as we checked in, we realize that we should’ve stayed there multiple days instead of just one night. The desk clerk and the service staff were incredibly polite, courteous, and catered to our every need. This was an exceptional hotel and one that we will definitely come back to visit for more than one night.

Nothing. The property is fantastic.

Мы были в восторге от расположения отеля, номера и вида на озеро.
Pros:

При приезде и размещении нам очень помогли сотрудники отеля, так как вход находится на втором уровне через лестницу или лифт. Молодые сотрудники помогли с парковкой нашей машины, большое вам спасибо.
Номер был прекрасный с большой террасой. В гостиной была небольшая кухня со всеми принадлежностями где мы могли все приготовить. Особенно понравилось качество белья в спальне. Вид из окна на озере великолепный. Почти напротив отеля пристань для прогулочных судов по озеру.

Loved the hotel and its staff. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to Stresa.
Pros:

Excellent location, room was huge and lake facing. A boutique size hotel and so only a handful of staff who were ever so helpful.

Cons:

If the hotel made room for a small swimming pool, that would be the icing on the cake.

Sijainti. Hyvä henkilökohtainen (premium) aamiainen. Iso sviittimäinen huone.

Cons:
