Except the laundry incident, everything is good
Pros:

The facilities and the location of the property it is hardly a kilometre from the rail station Casa Voyegers.

Cons:

An incident about laundry service, where we were told that the laundry person comes to hotel and collect laundry, so we can give laundry to reception. But as it was holiday for laundry services, they just sent the laundry back into our room, when we were outside sightseeing. Have they have informed us about it through booking. Com messages or email us, we could have done our alternatives.

Pros:

Emplacement

Cons:

À ma grande surprise, la chambre 408 qu'on m'a donnée était déjà occupée par quelqu'un d'autre. De plus, la télévision et le téléphone ne fonctionnaient pas, et j'ai dû appeler la réception pour régler le problème.

I was assigned room 408, which, to my great surprise, was already occupied by another guest. Furthermore, the television and the telephone were out of order; I had to contact the front desk to have these issues resolved.

Its good
Pros:

It is next to the shopping centre and walking distance to train station. The breakfast at the restaurant offers good selection and good value for money.

Cons:

The lounge suite in the reception area is ripped and very old.
