Pros:

The hospitality of Yaya, at reception, was exceptional! He is very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Smell in the corridors was too strong for asthmatic people, it can be put off for some time or at least open windows for air.
Been staying frequently at Relax hotel but i think it is time to consider changing towels, and beddings. As well as a bit more attention towards bathroom sinks as it’s moving and moldy.

Cómodo y céntrico.
Pros:

El hotel está a 10-15 minutos caminando de la estación del tres lo que es muy práctico, además está al lado del centro comercial.
Por las noches no es ruidoso.

Hotel très propre.
Proche de la gare routière .
Et surtout près du center là on peut manger faire des achats.
C'est agréable.

Horreur - nous n’avons pas pu dormir

La taille de chambre

Cons:

L’établissement est très mal isolé. On entend tout : les bruits du couloir, ainsi que les voisins qui ronflent dans les chambres voisines.

De plus, juste en face de nos fenêtres se trouvaient trois ventilateurs de climatisation qui fonctionnaient toute la nuit en produisant un bruit important.

L’établissement n’était pourtant pas complet. Je ne comprends donc pas ce qui a motivé l’administration à nous attribuer cette chambre, alors que nous avions expressément demandé une chambre aussi calme que possible.

공항에서 오고갈때 카사보아저역과 도보접근성이 좋아서 항상 이용합니다

Cons:

가격이 점점 오르는건 기분탓이겠죠
그래도 깨끗한것 찾기 힘든 카사블랑카에서 안전한 선택지입니다

ينبغي ان اقول الحق والحقيقة..ما يجعل هذا الفندق متميز هم الموظفون ، سواء في الإستقبال أ. مريم بارك الله فيها، جمعت بين اللطف، وحسن الخلق، والمعاملة المتميزة، والإتقان وإجادة التعامل مع النزلاء، فشكرا لك مريم. وليست هذه مجاملة، ولن انسى أ. رضا، وكذلك حمودة، شكرا لهما، وموظف او عامل آخر لطيف لم اتعرف عليه..وللعلم فأنا لا اجامل على حساب نفسي إن لم أكن راضيا. وسافرت كثيرا . كذلك ينبغي الإشادة بخدمة الغرف كذلك..
- ما يصبّ في ميزة هذا الفندق مع الموظفين فقط هو ملاصقته للمول، والذي سيجد فيه النزيل جميع احتياجاته، المطاعم العصرية، والسوبرماركت الضخم والمتنوع.
- التكاسي الحمراء تجدها امام الاوتيل.

هذه اهم مشاكل الاوتيل وياليت القائمين عليه يلتفتون لها، ويجدون حلاً لها، وهي بسيطة:
- الشطاف في الحمام ضرورية جدا جدا جدا. فالاوتيل ينزل فيه عرب ومسلمون وكلنا متعودين على النظافة بالماء..والحل بسيط.
- اصحاب الفندق - رغم انه 3نجوم على ما اظن- بخلاء جدا، فلا يوجد مياه كافية، ولا يوجد شبشب حمام، ولا توجد لوازم مهمة كفرشاة الاسنان، وموسى الحلاقة، وغير ذلك.
- هناك مشكلة في افياش الكهرباء فهي على النظام الاسباني( ثنائية) والذي لا يعلم كحالي سيضطر الى شراء محول ب50 درهم. علماً ان المول والسوبر لا يوجد به.
- يبدو حالة الفقر في الغرفة واضحة جدا ، ومن المؤكد ان المشكلة في المستثمرين.
