Pros:

We stayed twice at this hotel when we arrived by train at Casa Voyageurs. It is less than 10min walk from the train station. Everything was great and the staff, especially the staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel arranges rides to the airport for 300 MAD (around 40 min). The wifi was strong and reliable.

Cons:

Some cooked breakfast items were cold.

Pros:

De ligging in het centrum aan de grote weg. En het jonge team dat zijn best doet.

Cons:

De toilet/douche ruimte. Op de hoek zit glas met bewerkt melkglas. Als je het ligt aan doet is alles zichtbaar. Heel vreemd deze indeling!

當天預留3個小時要check out趕飛機，結果員工給我一張不能用的停車磁卡，然後叫我自己去繳費，這些都沒問題，但繳費的時候員工陪同我一起去繳費機，然後拿著我的錢不斷嘗試結果都失敗，然後叫我在原地等待說他去換錢，後來回來的時候發現錢變少了死

當天預留3個小時要check out趕飛機，結果員工給我一張不能用的停車磁卡，然後叫我自己去繳費，這些都沒問題，但繳費的時候員工陪同我一起去繳費機，然後拿著我的錢不斷嘗試結果都失敗，然後叫我在原地等待說他去換錢，後來回來的時候發現錢變少了死不認帳，來來回回在浪費了我一個小時，以至於我趕不上飛機，員工腦子很有問題

Ze hebben nieuwe personeelsleden die er echt een zooitje van hebben gemaakt 🤦🏻‍♂️ ik heb mijn vrienden de hotel aangeraden omdat ik jaren goede ervaringen had met de hotel, maar helaas goed personeel is moeilijk vast te houden. Zij hebbben wat nare ervaringen meegemaakt helaas.
