Pros:

The room was very bad not at all hygienic & there was no water in the tap in washroom. I did a heavy mistake to go along with my family to stay here for a night. We all felt really unsafe with the conditions and with the service staff.

Cons:

Washroom were not clean, bucket had green weeds in it, no bars to hangs towels, no space to keep soap, no toiletries provided. Tiles were not clean.
Dustbin was not placed ab initio, and was given after asking.
Basic dusting of room was not done.
There was no television. When I asked ro change my room, reply was that no room has TV.
Light switches were partially broken.
Linen was not clean.

Staff was rude, they charged more than the original price. They denied to provide breakfast even though it was included. The room was dirty, window was broken. Lift does not work. It was a nightmare.

Not worth calling Guest House, Hotel or PG.
Pros:

The hotel and its room was in a mess, my rooms door locks were not working, electric points were not working, washroom was smelly and was being used by the staff before it was given to me, there was much on washroom drainage hole, Morning tea was included in my tariff however the caretaker bluntly refused and forced me to pay for 5 days tea, all in all this property is absolute opposite to what it is being shown in pics and discription. Would not recommend to any one.

Unprofessional staff, dirty and filthy washrooms, non-working electrical points, I was made to pay for tea which was included in my tariff, etc
