Everything was good EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST and distance to Banks and groceries.

Close to airport, good for an overnight stay.

Breakfast…Food was cold, sausage was still frozen, not great selection, very disappointed in the breakfast.

Pros:

The room was clean, neat, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked getting free transportation from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good and the coffee was hot. Since we got there late in the evening and hungry we were happy the hotel sold frozen dinners you could heat up in the room's microwave oven to eat.

Cons:

I asked when I made the reservation for a room on the quiet side of the hotel and instead we were in a room above a very busy street with lots of vehicle noise during the night. The street directly in front of the hotel is extremely busy and difficult to walk across. There are no fast food restaurants nearby which I could see.

Our one night stay before our cruise was good.
Pros:

Rooms were good-sized and clean. The bed was comfy. The proximity to the airport and port are great.

Cons:

The neighborhood is sketchy in the evening.

It was convenient to the airport so we overlooked the shortfalls.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and got our room ready and held our luggage. We were grateful for that. We also appreciated the free shuttle. It was on time and super helpful to get us to the airport.

Cons:

There was no shower gel in the shower and only 2 small bars of soap for 4 people. Also the toilet did not work well. It took a long time for the water to get in the tank to flush again. We didn't tell housekeeping because we were too tired and expect basic things to work.
