Pros:

The airport shuttle was convenient. There were a few restaurants within walking distance which was helpful. Staff were all friendly and helpful both before arriving and while there. Great hotel to stay before cruising (either out of FT Lauderdale or Miami)

Would definitely stay here again before cruising out of Ft. Lauderdale port!
Pros:

Rooms are very large with plenty of space to spread out. Lots of charges for electronics. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Everything was very clean. Location was perfect for going to the cruise port with lots of eating options within walking distance. Walgreens was close to pick up a couple of small items we forgot. appreciated the free shuttle from the airport to hotel as well as the private service they offered for $15.00 each person from the hotel to the cruise port

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty generic. Expand on breakfast. Have some varieties of oatmeal packets with toppings.

I was only there for a night. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. I rested well.

great stay close to port and airport
Pros:

Free shuttle to property; close to 3 different restaurants. Friendly staff that was informative. Breakfast very nice — waffles, coffee, juice yogurts fruits muffins eggs sausage nicely done

Cons:

finding the shuttle was a bit of a challenge, but drive called us ad helped navigate to him which was exceptional

IF IN A WHEELCHAIR WITH LIMITED MOBILIY, "ACCESSIBLE" ROOM IS ANYTHING BUT!

Nothing. Long line and no customer service.

Cons:

Reserved accessible room. Bed was so high, there was NO WAY to transfer from wheelchair. Had to sleep on sleep sofa. Requested extra pillows to raise feet while sleeping to avoid swollen legs. Front desk said not available. Found a maintenance man who was willing to go get the extra pillows. No roll-in shower, only transfer board on traditional tub that was too low to use. Unable to shower before cruise. This was a very expensive and not accessible room. IF IN A WHEELCHAIR WITH LIMITED MOBILITY DO NOT STAY!

Great Location and pleasant stay, clean rooms

Same breakfast each morning… front desk staff could not find our request for shuttle to cruise ship even though we watch nightshift put our names on list the night before… had to be added to shuttle list same day… luckily they still had room for us.
