Pros:

The first impression was good. Gardens are neat. Room was a very nice size. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Television did not work with netflix. Staff tried to fix it and wanted to move me to another room, but I was already settled in. Basin in the bathroom was cracked. The shower door didn't close properly. Found hair in the shower. I expected more from a 4-star place.

Cons:

I booked a family room and this was not provided. We also booked at Airport Gardens Boutique and were taken to their sister accommodation which was not communicated to us prior. They did not have a family room available and so had to out mattreses on the floor.

My stay was great and enjoyable.
Pros:

Quite , clean and best service

Cons:

The shuttle to the Airport starts 7am though our boarding is 7am . You should follow the gusts flight schedule

Pros:

Close to airport.

Cons:

Food..breakfast either wasnt prepared or if it was it was cold. Myself and my brother were very ill after eating curry one evening. Sickness and diarrhia.

All in all its a place I can go to again. The people were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Very clean and the room was spacious and cozy. The outside garden and view beautiful. Dining area clean bright and beautiful.
Loved it.

Cons:

I wanted to open the curtains to see the view outside the bedroom. There was old mattresses sort of where they dump old stuff. So I couldn't open the curtains.
