Melhorar o café da manhã
Pros:

Piscina, quarto, atendimento dos funcionários, garagem boa.

Cons:

Cafe da manhã. Bolos secos, salgado com tomate estragado, tortas doces de baixa qualidade, sucos industrializados de baixa qualidade e muito doces.

Colchão de casal poderia melhorar.

Gostei muito do café da manhã

Cons:

Nos colocaram em um quarto na parte antiga do hotel, o quarto estava só o mofo, quando abria a porta do elevador já sentia o cheiro forte.
Solicitei a troca e nos colocaram em um quarto em que a TV não funcionava 😓.

Estrutura boa, com serviço ruim!
Pros:

As instalações são novas, quartos tem um tamanho bom e o banheiro também. A localização é relativamente boa. Atendimento foi bom, mas nada de especial. Achei bacana deixarem uma garrafa de água de 1,5 litros disponível para os hóspedes nos apartamentos.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheiro forte de mofo ou fechado, as cortinas não vedam quase nada da claridade. E a colcha da cama estava com um cheiro estranho e me deu muita coceira durante a noite. As toalhas também não são de boa qualidade e são muito finas. O café da manhã é horrível e o espaço um verdadeiro caos. Estive hospedado antes do feriado e como o Hotel estava lotado foi muito difícil tomar um café tranquilo, fora a péssima qualidade dos produtos ofertados. O ponto alto da minha experiência do café da manhã foi quando ao pegar os ovos mexidos senti um cheiro estranho e ao perguntar a uma funcionária como eram feitos os ovos, ela me disse que era com óleo, vinagre e sal. Eu fiquei abismado, pois nunca vi fazer ovos mexidos com vinagre e depois disso minha vontade era de ir embora o quanto antes.
