Pros:

협재 해수욕장에서 그리 멀지 않아서, 구경에 불편함이 없었어요. 급행버스 환승 정류장까지는 15분 간격의 순환버스 타서 갔고요. 바다가 보이는 가성비 좋은 펜션형 숙소라 평하고 싶네요!

Pros:

오래되어 시설은 노후된게 맞습니다.
하지만 관리를 매우 잘하고 계시다는 생각이 들었고, 작은 부분까지 신경 써주시는 것이 느껴졌습니다.
특별할 것은 없지만 조식도 매우 좋았습니다.

제주도에 가면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Pros:

지인 소개로 5일간 묵었습니다. 외관은 낡아 보였으나 방 안은 벽지, 가구 등 모두가 깨끗했고 수건도 매일 넉넉하게 사용할 수 있게 준비해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 침대로 쿠션이 꺼지지 않고 좋았고 이불도 깔끔했습니다. 할머니의 정성어린 조식도 조았습니다. 바다가 보이는 방을 이처럼 저렴하게 이용할 수 있다는 것은 가성비 초갑이라고 봅니다.

협재해수욕장 산책가기도 좋은 거리입니다
혼자라 걸어다니기 무섭진 않을까했지만
큰도로변에서 바로 보여요
할머니께서 운영하신단 얘기듣고 방문
건물자체는 노후됐지만
방안이나 욕실은 엄청 깔끔했어요
발에 먼지 하나 밟히지않아요
담날 조식도 주시고 넘넘 감사히 잘 묵었답니다

엄마랑 같이가서 한식조식 주는곳을 찾았는데 할머니가 아주 솜씨가 좋으셨음
3박4일 머무는동안 매일 옥돔 작은거 일인당 한마리와 반찬들, 김치국을 먹었는데 국이랑 반찬이 거의 같았는데도 맛있었다
수건 제공됨 (매일1장, 셀프)
드라이어기, 치약, 샴푸 있음
뜨거운물 엄청 잘나옴
방에서 온도조절가능 매우 따듯 (온돌방이었음)
에어컨도 있었음 (사용안함)
엄마가 이가격에 이런 넓은방, 맛있는 조식까지 최고라고 하심

건물 외부는 좀 오래되어 보이지만
내부는 깔끔합니다.
주방도 있고 냉장고도 작은 미니 냉장고는 아니고 조금 큰 냉장고고
따뜻한 물도 잘 나옵니다.
저는 3층에 머물렀는데 세탁실도 있더군요.
작은 통돌이 세탁기 2대가 있어 빨래도 가능합니다.
물은 층마다 가운데 복도에 정수기가 있어서 물을 떠가면 됩니다.
아침에 차려주시는 조식이 맛납니다.
한식으로 차려 주시는데 가볍게 먹기 좋습니다.

협재쪽이라 협재해수욕장도 가깝구요.
가까운곳에 편의시설들이 있어 위치도 나쁘진 않아요.

최신 시설은 아니지만 머물기에 괜찮았습니다. 넉넉한 공간에 침구상태 양호했구요. 아침 조식을 직접 마련해주셨는데 맛있는 밑반찬에 옥돔을 구워내오셔서 감동이었습니다. 가성비 정말 좋고 3,4층 1,2호쪽으로는 오션뷰도 가능하더군요.
