The location and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

One night, My husband and I were prevented from entering the elevator while the door man verified if we were guest at the Hotel. We felt like it was racially motivated since the white couple who entered the lobby at the same time as us were allowed to proceed. He didn't bother to asked for our room key card just stopped us like we looked suspicious. I did not appreciate that kind of treatment at all.

Brilliant stay - perfect hotel for exploring the city
Pros:

Perfect central location, incredibly helpful and kind staff, great small gym, incredibly comfortable beds, generous breakfast. Right next to all convenient bus stops so can get anywhere in the city in minutes

Lage, Aussicht vom Balkon, Zimmergröße waren toll.

Cons:

Haben bei Zimmerservice Milch als Kaffeezubehör bestellt. Leider mussten drei Personen vom Service erscheinen, bis wir die gewünschte Milch endlich hatten - allerdings letztlich in einem Glas - Lässt sich schwer in eine Tasse füllen. Wir haben es dann einfach aufgegeben.
Das Personal sprach kein bzw. schlechtes englisch. Eine Kleinigkeit mag man meinen, jedoch für den Preis dieses Hotels für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
