Pros:

Buenas disposición del personal. Las personas que atendían al desayuno eran muy amables.
Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas. Se nota un hotel antiguo, pero bien mantenido.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor un par de días, además no nos reponían el papel higiénico ni otros amenities. Sin embargo, una vez que se lo comenté a recepción todo se solucionó.

La ubicación, la comodidad en la habitación con una vista hermosa, el desayuno, la pileta, el spa; la atención del personal, la limpieza, todo un lujo!! Lo super recomiendo!!

sehr gutes Stadthotel direkt an der Avenida 9 de Julio - nachts etwas laut wegen dem Verkehr, aber ok

Das Hotel hat eine SUPER roof top Bar mit sehr gutem Essen, drinks und einem DJ der Musik spielt - und man hat einen super Blick auf die avenida und auf die Stadt

Foi bom, mas podia ser excelente
Pros:

Gostei do padrão do hotel, localização, acomodação do quarto, restaurante, gostei de permitirem entrarmos no quarto 2 horas antes pois tínhamos acabado de chegar do voo.

Cons:

Não gostei do funcionário que fica na entrada como um "vigia" e só serve para ficar olhando, não ajuda com as malas e nem com a porta, ficam encarando hóspedes e que cria um clima de hostilidade interna. Outro ponto que não gostei foi de não poder tomar cerveja nem comer nada na região da piscina, podia ao menos poder beber ou colocarem uma outra piscina para infantil e não misturar. No dia em que estive teve um rapaz brigando e chamando atenção das crianças o que achei bem desagradável, também não gostei da vista do meu quarto, pedi para mudarem e falaram que não tinha mesmo eu vendo sair muita gente. Obs: Senti muito a falta de uma banheira.

Adequate hotel in great location
Pros:

Location was great- walking distance to San Telmo, Recoletta, el centro, etc

Cons:

It was very average in terms of room and breakfast… maybe better for business travel. The pool was closed one of the days too. They don’t have smart tvs so it was impossible to get Netflix or any streaming. The only TV was in spanish.

Schlechtes Hotel in guter Lage

Zentral gelegen

Cons:

Weder Rezeption noch Kellner noch Zimmererservice haben einen Plan . Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt . Check in dauert 30 min. Meist 3 Leute Personal an der Rezeption , schauen einen nur verdutzt an . Bis auf die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist alles schlecht . Jetzt kommt dann sicher so eine automatisierte Mail dass sie versuchen alles besser zu machen ….😁😁😁
