Pros:

O hotel é perfeito, os funcionários são atenciosos, a localização perfeita, o custo benefício vale muito, o café da manhã é farto e com muita variedade, muito limpo. Chuveiro excelente. Tem o restaurante do hotel como opção, após um dia de caminhada e não queira sair. Voltarei com certeza.

La amabilidad, predisposición y simpatía del personal es altamente destacable. En el spa, muy atenta la recepcionista. El desayuno es completísimo muy variado, todo rico y muy fresco

Cons:

El calentador de toallas no funcionaba, pero bueno, tampoco llamamos para q lo solucionaran. Sí estaría ideal, revisar q todo funcione antes de q ocupen la habitación.
El rooftop, lamentablemente, es exclusivo para amantes de la música electrónica. No podes subir a disfrutar de un trago si no tenes ese gusto musical. Y el servicio, demoró muchísimo!!!

Nuestra estadía de 7 días en el Hotel Grand Brizo fue simplemente excelente. Queremos destacar la amabilidad, cordialidad y profesionalismo de todo el personal, quienes hicieron que nos sintiéramos bien atendidos en todo momento.

La limpieza y prolijidad de la habitación fueron impecables durante toda nuestra estancia. Asimismo, las instalaciones de spa, especialmente el sauna y el jacuzzi, son espectaculares y brindan una experiencia de total relajación.

El restaurante merece una mención especial por la calidad de su servicio y de sus platos. El desayuno fue realmente fabuloso: muy completo, variado y de excelente calidad. A pesar de permanecer una semana completa en el hotel, cada día encontramos opciones diferentes, lo que hizo que cada desayuno fuera una experiencia agradable.

Sin duda, recomendamos el Hotel Grand Brizo y esperamos volver pronto. ¡Felicitaciones a todo el equipo por su excelente trabajo!
