Pros:

The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access only via tiny stairs no elevator... many times no water whatsoever with low water pressures all the time... no access to food of any kind at hotel and restaurants not close by. Overall huge disappointment and staff was NOT willing to help much ... always had excuses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Pros:

The best feature would be the common dining area out in the deck. It takes the mess away from eating inside your own suite/room. As well as the common kitchen.
