I've been to better APA hotels in Japan.
Pros:

Room and toilet are all clean and well kept.

Yukata was nicely pressed and all so comfortable.

Cons:

Certain parts of the bed was too soft to my liking. Perhaps it's time to have the mattress changed.

One of the pillows too was too thin.
