The beds here are hands down the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The hotel’s right inside a shopping plaza, so you’ve got heaps of options for food and shopping just a short stroll away. Great views from the rooms and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. Location is convenient, price is good and the room was comfortable. The only criticism is the breakfast buffet was not that good. The coffee was lukewarm and the selection and the food was not so great.

Stayed at this hotel for one night, conveniently located as it's not too far from airport and close to attractions like Canyon del Sumidero. Room was quite big and comfortable. Breakfast not really worth the price. Bit difficult to find the entrance.
The hotel is really nice but the food in the restaurant, especially breakfast buffet is not great! Not a great service too!

One of the two elevators wasn't working and a lot of people used it from the mall so the wait was a good 15 mins
The room smells damp and the furniture is stained. Doesnt feel very clean. Tried calling front desk and also room service but no one picks up.
This is one of our favorite hotels! Convenient, relaxing and very clean.

I visited this hotel as a Tour Leader with 16 persons in October 2024.
The hotel Fiesta In is good but its entrance is problematic. The guide should prepare the guests to this arrival as the entrance of the hotel is located in a Mall and guests have to walk few hundred meters to get to the elevators to be able to access the hotel floor.
It is a kind of corporate hotel more than a touristic hotel, but rooms are clean, large and very comfortable. Staff is nice. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of choices and eggs and pancakes live stations.

The hotel rooms were okay, but the cleanliness of the bathroom were not good, we had breakfast both days, i observed the containers and other things not really clean, the pron that the lady who was serving was really dirty.
The swimming pools were super small, in the picture doesn’t look like the real one.probably dirty to.
